I had the exact opposite experience of a previous reviewer. I used them twice and both times they were quick, reasonable and very professional in presenting the quote and VERY expert and professional in performing the work. I highly recommend them.

I could not be more dissatisfied with the start-​up process with Metro Bath & Tile. They demonstrated really bad customer service. Despite my repeated calls, they took 18 days to get an estimate to me and when I got the estimate it was a brief email that was written on an iPhone. I thought if this is how the estimate goes, construction would likely be a nightmare! No way. No thanks. I cannot recommend this company.
