Hit or Miss service! Really depends on who is working and what kind of mood they are in. Let’s face it… it’s typical fast food.

After a long stop in patronage to this McDonald’s, I have given them 5 more chances in the past month. Nothing has changed, 4 out of 5 visits has ended up with incorrect orders. From missing items to wrong toppings. The last straw was this evening when I ordered a meal deal without onions(I am allergic), it was simple really… burger with ketchup and mayo only. I received my sandwich with the special ticket attached which was a good sign, but upon inspection of the burger… it had no mayo, but it did have mustard, onion, pickle, and they did get the ketchup right, unfortunately I did not eat it because it was cold.(not to mention the onion) I called and spoke to Heather, the manager, she was very uninterested and gave me the basic«sorry for the inconvenience and may I have your name» and I told her it was more than that, it was a health safety issue. She snapped back with a «I didn’t make your sandwich» to which I replied«you are the manager and it is your responsibility» and she just asked for my name again to get rid of me. This is in a town of less than 6000 people and yet they still need 4 spaces in the lot to have you wait for your food in the drive-thru. Training is worthless here, from front line order takers and especially the managers. Just very poor all around and they could care less if they are right, good, or appealing in any way shape or form. They are the only one for 25 miles and they feel they have a captured customer base. Next, on to corporate to let them know how well their standards are being upheld.
