I’ve taken both of my cars here many times for TX state inspections, oil changes and wheel alignment. And they’re capable of just about any repair or build, with an ASE Master Technician on staff. It’s always been quick & efficient service, no problems. I’m thankful that they’re in town, and will continue to bring my vehicles to Kwik Kar for service.

Took my car in for an ispection. I was told the car failed because of emissions. I asked why don’t I have a «check engine“light on and they said ït is on». I told the the CEL was not on when I got there. They argue it was and they noticed the car was running rough! They offer to diagnose the car and fix the problem (for a price), My question was «why would you perform and inspection to a car with the CEL on if you know it will fail». There answer was «Customer want us to». I filed with the BBB and they never answered the BBB. Took it to my mechanic who found the ïdle control valve” connector loose. Took it somewere else to get re-​inspected!

Very attentive service staff, interested in helping and not there just collecting a paycheck. I’ll be back

I gave these fools a second chance as they’re right down the road from my house and I needed an inspection sticker. My truck is only a few years old so naturally there’s not a problem with emissions etc, but these idiots come at me for having my «tint too dark» on the front windows. My windows were tinted at the dealership, in accordance with any state laws. I tried to argue with the deuchy looking kid and finally just gave up. Went to the dealership to get the sticker (had to pay twice now for the inspection) as I did not want to remove the window tint that I paid for when i bought the truck — just to take it back to these punks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, much less trust them with a vehicle. Even a basic oil change… i’m sure they’d screw it up by not tightening the filter or oil drain plug or something. Hope they run out of business soon.
