This business proved itself to be completely unreliable in what should have been a single and simple order. I waited… and waited… and waited for the ordered product to show up on my door. Nothing! Contacted their Customer Service department. They offered no apology, no service, and no solution.
It is obvious that the Manager Sue is lame and provided no training to the staff in service etiquette. I can say this as I have 5 years procurement experience in moving technology products for mid-​sized businesses.
This went on for a month [literally]. After the month went by they finally coughed up an ETA and announced it would be at least another ½ month before they would even have it. The sick part about it? They offered zero solution to me as the customer… even cancelled it. And worse, I went on the website to perform a mock order. And? The website provided no feedback the item was out of stock.
My proposed renaming of this business. «Nonstarter Sports.»
