Excellent pediatric dentist. Terrific dental hygienists and staff.

I went with my 4 year old for her checkup & cleaning. First, the cleaning was an absolute joke. The hygienist spent a whopping second with the scraping tool and then proceeded to polish her teeth. When I questioned her, she claimed 4 year olds don’t develop tartar. Yet, my daughter has «no tartar» and managed to have cavities, plus another 8 in the works. They said its due to no spacing between her teeth. I also had large teeth with no spacing and didn’t have my first cavity till 14. I’m skeptical and even more so after reading «good» reviews of how dr, Wilson did a great job putting crowns on a toddler! She sounds like she’s pretty good at talking parents into major dental work. I’m definitely going elsewhere!

After rave reviews from friends over the years, I sent my kids to her without a second thought.
I regret that like you would NOT believe.
She YELLED at my child with special needs, despite there being a long description in the chart about what challenges may occur. She CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL FEE if your kid has special needs.
She filled our other kid’s teeth and planned for several more fillings when we moved them to the (non-​pediatric) dentist who I’ve been seeing for about 15 years. She disagreed that several more fillings should be done and called the filling that was there «shoddy work.» Indeed within a year of the filling, it had to be repaired and there was decay under the filling.
If you have a kid and want them to see the dentist, I urge you to look into other options.
If you have a kid with special needs and you want them to see the dentist, RUN THE OTHER WAY.

I disagree. My daughter needed a tooth pulled, and when she told Dr. Wilson the area wasn’t numb, Dr. Wilson went right ahead and pulled it anyway, despite my 12 year old’s protests. I think she felt it was a baby tooth, and so — no big deal. Well, it was a big deal. What’s the rush? Take the time to do things right. We left there and we aren’t going back.

Dr. Wilson is THE pediatric dentist in town. She absolutely knows what she is doing and her staff is exceptional. If you have a child with special needs, she is the pediatric dentist to visit. My kids love going to Dr. Wilson’s office.
When my son was first referred to Dr. Wilson when he was 6. She wanted to put a crown on his tooth and I questioned this. I called two other dentists to get a «second opinion»…both asked who was making the the decision. When I said Dr. Wilson– they immediately told me– she knows what she is doing and I should go with her decision.
I have never regretted it.
