Chairs don’t hold up well and«life time warranties» expire when the manufacturer decides it’s been too long and asserts the furniture wore out because somebody«leaned back in the chair.» On the bright side I lost a key to a cabinet I purchased from them and they were able to replace the key after more than ten years. The cabinet is very nice.

We got two delightful pieces here — a large glass cabinet(the«Anna vitrine») we use as a pantry, and a tripod floor lamp. Their selection has a lot of mid-century Herman Miller aesthetic, and some attempts at rustic southern France, plus some odds and ends. The shopping experience, however, leaves a great deal to be desired. Customer service is definitely affected by what you’re wearing — a courier bag and bike helmet gets you a basic nod, a young couple in jeans gets you only a perfunctory«Anything I can help you find?», and a sport jacket gets you much more attention. When we(in jeans) said we’d like to take the vitrine, you could almost see the mental reset, and the conversation changed drastically. Not a great experience. Not enough to wave me off the cabinet — but definitely makes browsing here much less fun. Delivery is contracted out to Metro Delivery, which worked fine for me.

Great place-great people. I had just moved. Some of my furniture came with me and some did not. The Three chairs staff assisted me in filling in the holes. There was a great exchange of ideas that lead to 4 perfect pieces to go with my existing décor. Thanks. I will be back.

I generally don’t like leaving reviews good or bad, but this place was so insulting I have to say something. By the way I was treated it appears to me that customer service is not something that the owner is interested in. I needed a replacement part for a sofa I own. There are only two places in MI that carry the line and Susan’s company was one of them. She asked was my sofa originally purchased from her company and I told her no. I then asked if I could order and come pick up or have the part sent to me. She then told me I need to go back to where I got the sofa from and let them do it, because she DOESN’T WANTTOTAKETHETIMETOLOOKFORANDORDER A PIECEFOR A SALESHEDIDN’T MAKE!!! Well I was trying to make a sale and from the pictures I saw on the internet I also would have purchased something else. Thanks but no thanks 3 chairs, I couldn’t believe that in this economy that’s how the owner talks. I wish I didn’t have to leave a star at all. At least the guy who answered the phone was friendly, I guess he earned the star for the company

Great store! Beautiful furniture and friendly service. I’ve bought a few pieces from here — desk chair, rug, sofa and they are nice supplemental pieces to sprinkle in with some lower end furniture. There are even some good deals available with floor models and their sale room across the street. Everything I’ve bought from here is high quality and has left me coming back!

I was in this store the other day and had such a great experience! I was looking for some furniture and didn’t really know what direction to go in and the gentleman, Michael, who helped me out was just wonderful. He set up a design appointment for someone to come to my home-how great is that!!- and take all the measurements for me. Then, he said we would go over what pieces would work best for my space and lifestyle. I can’t wait to go back to the store for another meeting with him-finally someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to style and design!!! And I LOVED the picture frames and coffee table books-I picked up some great presents that I know my friends will love!

Appealing in a limited sort of way. Customers are expected to rely on photos or descriptions in catalogues more than I feel comfortable with. If I want to do that I can just get on the web and not have to find parking.
