I rarely get my clothes dry cleaned, but I figured I’d rather get my two sweaters and pants professionally cleaned than ruin them in the wash. Each item to clean was $ 5.50. When I dropped off my items, I specifically pointed out the stains on the suede patch on my pants, and she acknowledged it. Today, when I picked up my clothes, my pants still had the stain, so thanks.

First I just want to clarify that this review is for the location on Washtenaw Ave, I avoid downtown Ann Arbor at all costs. We have been taking about 3 suits a week there for the past 3 months or so and they have always done a fantastic job. It usually takes about 2 days for them to dry clean and the prices are very reasonable. Highly Recommended.

I loved this place. Very nice ppl I wanted my laundry done but when I got there I found out they send out your laundry and get it back the next day. They did a great job, though and the lady called me early in the morning to tell me my clothes were ready very nice gesture and the price is great. So if you are on a business trip you definitely have to take your clothes for launder to them

I very rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this is well-deserved. I brought several items for dry-cleaning, two of which were a shirt and a tie. They both had stains, which I pointed out when dropping them off. Not only did they not get the stains out, but they ruined the tie by doing such a crappy job pressing it. I noticed the stain was still on the shirt when I was there, but she said there was nothing they could do and still charged me. Not to be petty, but she also refused to give me change for a twenty. Not a big deal on its own, but really the cherry on top of the shit sundae that was my dry-cleaning experience.

This place has saved me and my drawers when I was stuck without a washer and without time or a dime to get my lazy butt to Mr. Stadium. It’s so easy, they just weigh your laundry and take care of the rest. They’re not so great at following care instructions on the label, but if you just wash basics, it’s very useful. Thank you.

Are you a busy grad student, professor, or other type of person with more money than time? Do you live in an apartment without its own washer and dryer? Are you lazy? Do you hate to do laundry? Then you totally need to hook up with the Clothesline’s drop-off(or pick-up) laundry service. Put your clothes in a sack, stop off at the 15min parking out front, give them your sack of dirty clothes and contact info, leave, come back three days later and all your laundry is clean and folded, hermetically sealed in a child smothering plastic bag. And it’s just $ 1.00 per pound it it’s over a certain amount($ 1.25 if it’s under, but a week’s worth of my clothes is always over). I’m allergic to perfume and so I bring my own soap and they use my soap!!! MYSOAP!!! It’s great. Okay, they have messed up a few shirts and jeans with bleach(which they attempted to replace, but fouled up, bless their hearts) and several things have shrunk only since starting to use their service and that’s why they get 4 instead of 5 stars. I wouldn’t trust them with any heirlooms or articles of particular sentimental value and that decreases their usefulness, but for me and my ordinary clothes it’s a real time saver. Also, they do dry cleaning. I rarely need that, but it convenient to have in the same place. [Update] I just downgraded them from 4 to 3 stars. I just tried to go there and this is now the third time that I got to the shop 10 minutes before their official closing time(according to the clocks on their own walls) and they were already closed. I’ve worked in shops where I counted down the minutes until closing, but to just leave before closing time is reprehensible. I just wish I knew another place that has a laundry drop-off service. Anybody?
