I travel all over the country for work, and always seek out a gluten free bakery. This is by far one of the best I’ve been to. There are both Vegan and GF options, and the owner is so kind and helpful. Even more, they take the time to get quality ingredients. Farm-​fresh eggs, grass fed butter (not Vegan), and coconut sugar. It’s the little things that take this bakery from good to great! If I lived in town, I’d be a frequent visitor!

If you ever find yourself needing to eat gluten free OR if you simply love excellent baked goods, Tasty Bakery’s really are superlative. (In a tasting I hoarded the samples.) I had them in person at the market but you can also get them online. The brownies are especially rich and luscious. Or tasty, I should say.

While browsing the Kerrytown Farmer’s Market, I was lucky enough to stumble upon this booth with gluten-​free delights. I’m newly vegan, and was looking for what options I had at a farmer’s market.
I asked what the vegan options were and was pleasantly surprised! The Peanut Butter Granola Square is without a doubt the best thing I’ve tasted in WEEEEEEEEEKS! I cannot wait until next weekend so I can stock up on these to get me through the weekdays.
Also, all the goods are nicely packaged so that you can take them home without futzing with baker paper and crumbs all over your bag. And the logo/​design is pretty darling as well :)
