This starbucks had less than stellar service. I was looking at a long day on the road, saw this on the exit sign, so thought to myself– nothin like a butterscotch latte for a 7 am pick me up. But lo and behold, I got to the window to order and disappointment struck. Apparently, they were all out of the syrup and its just a «seasonal option.» Can’t fool me. I copped a butterscotch latte just yesterday at a starbucks. As expected, it was a long drive home. I better have still gotten my member stars for settling for a white mocha.

Great location. Drive-thru can be a little slow at times, but the staff has always been very nice. Nice to have something on this side of town.

The location is great! Close to Meijer and other shopping and restaurants, but I found the customer service to be lacking. My mom and I ran some errands that day and needed something to drink. I ran into get two small iced teas and while the tea was good, it would have tasted better if the cashier had taken the time to say thank you or come again after my order. Several others commented on the long wait. My wait wasn’t horrible. Scio Township has needed a coffee shop in the area for awhile so this is nice. I just hope the customer service gets better!

Love my Starbucks! Who doesn’t! The staff is extremely friendly and outgoing! They have that going for them, as well as a new gorgeous building and drive thru. As of lately though, they’ve been cheap!!! We pay a lot of money for our drinks and they aren’t being filled to the top. We get a drink that looks as if someone has had a taste before hand. Only being filled ¾ of the way full. It’s extremely disappointing. I have made sure to tell them to fill the drink to the top, otherwise, you’re not getting what you’ve paid for. That’s not only unfair, but unethical. Let’s get it together guys!

My sister tried their PSL once and complained it was too sweet, but being a new Starbucks, and I left the house early and this is near my work, I decided to go through the slow but steady drive-thru to grab a PSL for myself. She was right — ’twas too sweet. Beautiful digital order screen though. One star for that hipster goodness.

Love that there’s a Starbucks right by my house now! I drive thru a few mornings a week and have no problems. Only slow downs have been others in line — not knowing what they want or ordering additional drinks at the window when paying.

I love the new Starbucks in Ann Arbor! It is a FULL café so they offer iced drinks as well as hot! Great muffins and scones — I always get the Apple Fritter or the Blueberry — Baked to perfection every morning! I love their latte’s as well — They offer soy milk and I just can’t pass up the taste! I was in and out within five minutes — Very pleased with this new Starbucks location in Ann Arbor!!!

So slowwww! Drive through line was hella long so decided to stop inside this fine Saturday morning. I don’t know why it takes them twice as long as every other Starbucks I’ve visited. I know it’s new but come on guys, it’s embarrassing to the corporation. My PSL was way too sweet too, ugh!

C’mon guys. Gave you the first month to get your act together, but enough is enough. These are corporate stores, not franchises or mom and pop. That means, get your experience A-Team in there and give the customers a Starbucks experience right out of the gate. The service is slow, the staff is bouncing off of each other, it takes me 4 times as long to get in and out of this Starbucks as any other one I’ve ever been to… even in France! Waited so long for this to open, but I’m afraid I can’t keep patronizing this location if the service doesn’t improve… and I don’t just mean a little bit. Okay, truth be told, I’ll still go every now and then because it’s drive through and it’s Michigan and it’s right by my house but I won’t be happy about it.

Either there is no sugar in my coffee or there’s cream. Or the worst so far, getting charged for a large, which I ordered… Then getting a small, & still charged for the large. Even after I asked the barista what was charged… & said no you’re good… Back to Biggby I go.

Service was very slow even when their weren’t that many people in line. The store looks very nice and there is plenty of seating so it may be a good stop if you are here for a bit… otherwise I strongly encourage to avoid and go somewhere else.

HORRIBLYSLOWSERVICEEVERYTIME. This location is new but it’s honestly ridiculous. The drive-thru line was all the way out the parking lot so I went inside. Well there’s only 4 people working, 2 of which are just staying around. Obviously you need more employees on a Monday morning… but then again this has been my experience every day of the week here. Also my drinks are also much sweeter here than other Starbucks. I hope this location steps it’s game up. It’s embarrassing to the bigger company.
