Stay away from this place. Unless you want to pick from a catalog (which Joe, the self proclaimed designer, said all his customers do), and then be unhappy with the results. If he is a designer, then he sure doesn’t give you a drawing or ideas, or work with you as a designer should. He just cared about the money.
I am very unhappy with my patio, now I have to live with it. It is not what I originally loved and picked from a EP Henry store in Broomall. Once Joe was involved, he persuaded me to look at the catalog, and that was my mistake. What I got looked nothing like what was in the catalog. That is how he does business! A stupid me, falling for his unprofessionalism.

I really like this nursery, have never had a bad experience here. I like how the inside is neat and not cluttered, unlike their competitor. The back nursery area is nice and peaceful. Getting mulch or dirt in bulk is a seamless process. We looked at a couple other places for a certain kind of grass seed before finding it here.

Stopped by on Memorial Day. Was greeted by an employee who informed me they closed at 3pm. I said that was fine, I knew right where I had to go and would be gone by 3pm (it was 2:40). I went straight to the area with annual flats, which all marked $ 6.99, but with a sign that said they would be $ 4.99 with the purchase of 3 or more. I scooped up my flats and headed to the register. During this time, I was asked by 4 employees if they could help me, which NEVER happens at this business. By the time I was asked by the 4^th person, I said I was headed to check out. She told me I had 5 minutes! I told her I had been reminded of that by each employee I saw. Got to the register and two of the flats did not ring up $ 4.99. I told the young salesperson, who asked a manager. She said the flats were mix and match and they would be $ 4.99. The salesperson said he needed an override. She said she was helping someone else and called another woman over. The salesperson explained the situation. Without ever looking at me, she told him that the two flats were not included because they were six packs, not eight. I said that the other manager had said they were $ 4.99. The woman (whose tag said «Garden Store Manager») turned around and walked away without EVER SPEAKING TO ME. Terrible customer service! I told the salesperson to forget the entire $ 75 purchase. It was not the $ 4, but the RUDE treatment I received that made me leave. I try to support local businesses, but refuse to do so when they can not be bothered to treat customers respectfully. Even if there were an error, the GARDEN STORE MANAGER should have honored the pricing I was told by the first manager. The young salesperson apologized to me and had better manners than the two women he asked. Will not be shopping here again. There are too many other local options.

HORRIBLE experience! If I had to sum-​up in one word it would be incompetence. Three different people told me three different things as to the cost of things and whether item (s) were in stock or not. Then I drive all the way out there based on a call I made earlier only to be told the coupon I have for ½ off delivery didn’t apply to the one specific topsoil I was having delivered. Of course the only reason I new a coupon existed was because the person I spoke with on the phone told me where I could acquire one and that It could be used on the topsoil I inquired about. Seemed like bait and switch to me.

I’m a big fan. It is a sign of spring when I start shopping at Plymouth Nursery, looking for perennials to fill in my garden beds (I can always find room for more). Plymouth Nursery has the best selection in the area for hard-​to-​find perennials and annuals, great service, and a convenient location if you are back and forth between Ann Arbor and Canton as much as we are.
They have high-​end garden accessories in their newly remodeled interior store — which is a great place to find a unique gift for a gardener friend or relative.
