This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I have been to in terms of service! The employees don’t seem to know how to read or write or know the days of the week. I ordered a pizza for a Monday, it was mistakenly put down for Tuesday. I called, thought I resolved the error, got my pizza. Guess what comes to my door on Tuesday? The same order. I called the store and explained the error. I did not ask for anything free, but got MAJOR attitude from the manager. Uhm… customer service 101 is that you apologize since it was YOUR mistake. The mistake was bad enough now that I am stuck with pizza overload, but the attitude was TOO much!

The food was good, the service was bad. We waited for a long time to order, was brought the wrong appetizer , said we would keep it because we were very hungry(and we hadn’t had the opportunity to order yet) she said no, took it away, and made us wait. We had to ask several times for more than one item, and the waitress seemed oblivious to the bad service we were getting. All this with only two other tables in the entire restaurant. We were also disappointed at the lack of beer.

Not a huge fan of «The Hut», but my husband is. They are really nice on the phone and delivery quickly. I don’t care for their pizza, but I really like their breadsticks and wings. I wish they delivered salads!

Last summer, we had to pick up dirt bike parts at Nicholson’s on the way to a trail ride. We needed to grab dinner and hit the highway, so I got on the phone with this Pizza Hut and ordered our dinner on the way to Jackson Road. Got there in time to haul away a hot, delicious-smelling pizza. I love the crust. It seems very buttery. Probably bad for the arteries but oh, so delicious! The toppings were piled on there, thick enough to please me. The amount of sauce even made me happy. We ordered from there a few more times that summer, on the way out of town. So I’d say this is the best Pizza Hut in the area, in my limited experience, at least.

At one time it was the best Pizza Hut around, but lately it’s gone down hill. At lunch during the buffet they don’t really plan for the lunch crowd, so don’t go there if u need to be back to work by a certain time. They only seem to have one waitress at a time, doesn’t matter if its during the lunch rush or dinner rush and that can be annoying at times. It’s okay but quickly becoming our least fav place and that’s too bad because we love to eat out!

This place hasn’t changed in years. You can count on loud children, freezing temps and friendly wait staff. The buffet is well tended, though the hours are short. Cheap lunch. I am really glad they brought back the cottage cheese on the salad bar. I wish they would change the ranch dressing. It sucks. Tastes like vinegar.

I thought this place was fine! And I can’t say I’ve ever been to a Pizza Hut that actually does serve beer. I was really excited to find that this location still offers the $ 20 pizza box deal(well, $ 19.99+tax), but it tacks on a $ 2.50 delivery fee… and you still have to tip the driver… And the note online about the delivery person having to take a «credit card imprint» freaked me out enough to do a little research on this, but it appears to be standard practice with this chain… so I decided to drive the 5 miles there myself. The order was ready for pickup in only 15 minutes(impressive, but I must have just barely missed the dinner rush since my order was placed at 5:46 pm). Got to use an online coupon code and this is what I got for less than $ 17.50 after tax: 2 medium 1-topping pan pizzas, 4 breadsticks w/marinara dipping sauce, 8 crispy hot wings, and garlic butter dipping sauce. The pizza itself was a little dry by the time I got home, but I do love the taste of the greasy crust… The wings were nice and crunchy, and the breadsticks were surprisingly addictive. Plenty of seating inside the restaurant, but I hardly ever venture out in these parts to make use of it. The employee who retrieved my order was also very friendly and prompt.

If you go here, get take out. I feel otherwise you’re paying WAY too much for sub par food. My wife likes it so what can I do? But 4 bucks for one side salad? $ 2 for adding extra cheese to half a medium pizza? You can get a large with anything on it for $ 10 and eat it outside. They don’t even serve beer.
