We had lunch here today before our movie, we arrived before noon and there was no waiting, the waitress was very attentive and the food was fresh and tasty!

Had diarrhea after eating the chicken pasta. Will not return to any Olive Garden in the future. Didn’t eat anything before eating Olive Garden and had diarrhea an hour later. My belly still hurts!

Always had a good experience here. It’s gotten a bit pricier recently, though. I come here a few times a year maybe. It’s a good«go-to» place where you know what you’re getting. It’s always good.

Average food typical of a large chain restaurant. Bread sticks are good, but most of the menu are items you can make at home. No heathy items on menu. Staff is friendly, but covering a large number of table. They are putting large annoying kiosk’s on each table. Should switch to tablet menus that can be taken off the table. Quality of food is average. Overall good place to take the in laws.

Wife and I frequent this OG for numerous reasons, but mainly for the amount of food for price. Anything we order gets refilled in to-go boxes, keeps us coming back. Best to go on busy occasions for freshest food. Price and portion sizes are best in area. I get chicken parm and wife gets soup salad combo which is unlimited and with breadsticks you get your fill easily.

I hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in years and now I’ve been craving their soup and salad lunch on the regular. The Minestrone is great and filling and under 200 calories a bowl. Also, for the time conscious lunch crowd you can split your check at the table and pay, chain restaurants are upping their game.

Was just at this location and left. Walked in checked in for one person. Everyone after me with two or three people were beining seated before me. Told front staff if that is how you seat guest I am leaving. Called spoke to manager Rob about issue told him that was ridiculous and to change his front staff hostes. He said if it happens again well it won’t I will not be back. Told him I will be going to a competitor. Unfortunately your front staff just blew your wait staff’s extra tip of $ 20.00. I go to a restaurant after the holidays and give wait staff a bigger tip. Just remember you never know who is coming to eat in your restaurant’s.

Was greeted when I walked in, felt very welcomed. Our waitress was quick with appetizers and drink refills. Disappointed because I ordered cherry coke with grenadine and it was nasty. I asked our waitress for water instead but she still charged me for the Coke. Our food we ordered was very yummy. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and our waitress asked if I wanted soup or salad with it, and I requested caesar salad. She told me «yes» I can get that but there is no refills. I was NOT told that there was a 3 $ up charge. I would like to be informed about stuff like that. Appetizers I recommend the calamari!

I come here with my wife on a regular basis. I usually get the fettuccine Alfredo or soup and salad. Most other dishes I have tried were not that tasty. My biggest problem with OG is that i feel like I am eating frozen pasta dinners. I could buy a frozen pasta dinner from Kroger for a fraction of the price, and it would taste just as good. I feel the food is average and overpriced.

I must admit I don’t see the attraction, but I must have been the only one because the place was packed. I found the food to be uniformly mediocre and fairly unhealthy. All the the entrees were overly salted and packed with fats. I was thirsty after eating and out of curiosity looked up the nutritional content. UNBELIEVABLE. The five cheese Zita for example had 2230 mgs of sodium PERSERVING. And it was only an average. The seafood alfedro had a whopping 3200 mg of sodium. PERSERVING. No wonder I was thirsty. I found the digital device to play«play games at your table» for $ 1.99 weird and not keeping at all with the Italian dinner theme. The only thing I enjoyed was the salad. Wine list had grocery store type bottom shelf wines.

Mid afternoon dinner visit ala rushed. We were greeted quickly and sat quickly which is not the norm when I visit this chain. We were sat in the small dining room across from the bar which was fine although I guess I would have preferred the staff remove the carpet sweeper from my seat area than myself. Our server, Katlynn, then greeted us fairly quickly and offered soft drinks and water before trying for cocktails. We never were asked abut wanting wine, in fact our table wasn’t set with wine glasses or suggestive bottle of wine. It was however outfitted with a digital device that serves multiple purposes. First for $ 1.99 you can play games? Really? Charge for games but offer free wifi? No thanks I’ll use my phone and your free wifi. A guest could also use the device to enroll in the«e-club» in place or very menu options and specials. But after all that my skeptical side notices that you can page your server so that you can spend more money. This place can be packed, servers go through the motions and then learn by pages from tables where they might have to pay more attention. What a joke! At least 4 managers in the building during our visit and not one stopped by to welcome or thank us for coming in. We departed before Sunday diner rush and the management team was relaxing in the bar area. Too bad they weren’t checking restrooms for cleanliness or the floors for sweeping etc. And before I forget one of these people needs to inventory the plate wear and increase inventory. Our salad was served with HOT plates for which Katlynn apologized but knew what she brought to the table having to touch them to bring to us. On our salad refill I would compare it to someone’s leftovers. Lots of cabbage and croutons not much lettuce or dressing. My entrée, braised beef tortellini, was wonderful. We got about halfway through our dinner when we were brought carry out boxes and our bill. When did selling desserts and liqueurs leave the experience of visiting this chain? I normally order some sort of sweet after an Italian dinner but I will not ask them to take my money the staff must sell me something and not by way of the silly device taking up valuable table space. Horrible idea and a poor experience

Really good. Me and my husband are huge fan of their salmon bruschetta and chicken marsala. The ambience is pretty good too. On weekend it’s very crowded and the wait line could go from 30 – 45 mins.

I went to the Ann Arbor Olive Garden for the Unilocal event. I really enjoyed a variety of the new menu items that they offered. The appetizers, Seafood items and drinks were great. The waiter, Management were excellent. They were fun and informative. I go to Olive garden on occasion and I certainly plan on checking out some of these items. Especially the seafood combination with pasta..

Amazing Unilocal event where a variety of regular and seasonal menu items were enjoyed. Favs were Salmon Bruschetta and Apple Tuscan Bread pudding. The Limoncello Long Island is to die for! Chris, our waiter was passionate knowledgeable which made the experience better. Management(Rob and Kip) were very welcoming!

A visiting relative really wanted to go to Olive Garden… that’s my only excuse for visiting. I was optimistic on arrival. No line out the door as I have seen before driving by. It’s been at least 10 years since my last visit to an Olive Garden, so sort of expected at least a decent presentation on the food and atmosphere. Boy… was I disappointed. To the atmosphere, and I refer specifically to this location, I found it very bland unlike that from my memory of Olives Gardens way back. Generic tables & chairs among drop-tile ceiling dining room. Looks like a nice cafeteria. On sitting, we were each handed not one… not two, but three… yes 3 menus each. The main menu tri-fold card, a second tri-fold menu of seasonal offerings… then a third tri-fold menu of their 2-for-$ 25 items. For six of us at a table, it was just a task at «menu management». I chose the so-called ‘Chicken Abruzzi”($ 15.49). It’s off the Lighter Fare section… not on the 2nd or 3rd menu… but on the 1st menu. Described as «Tender, grilled chicken in a savory broth simmered with cannellini beans, fresh kale and garden vegetables». Okay… I like that. The end product was so-so. I love Kale, but as anyone that cooks with Kale knows, its a hardy leaf. The Kale here was quite underdone. Crunchy really. The broth wasn’t savory. More bland and watery. Thank goodness for the grilled lemon as a squeeze lent some body to the dish. For a dish with a flourishing title of Chicken Abruzzi, I’d think the chicken itself was the main event, but no. It’s more of a comdiment to a dish without any real character. Olive Garden must just grill up a couple hundred generic breasts of chicken each day on advance; slice them jnto about 6 pieces and use them through the day on anything ‘chicken’. The same prepped(not so warm) chicken I had topping my «Chicken Abruzzi» showed up in three other dishes at the table. Of those other five dishes, the only one that caught a good review was of all things, the grilled New York Strip steak. Service was rare. Lots of empty glasses. Tables were full. Thanks Olive Garden. With this visit, I’m good for another 10 years or so of this chain. A solid two stars(and that’s very generous).

It’s an Olive Garden much like every other Olive Garden. I currently live in Hawaii, where we don’t have an Olive Garden, so believe it or not, when we visited Michigan for our buddy’s wedding, I wanted to hit up the garden for bottomless soup and salad. The bottomless soup and salad is a great deal. They also come with breadsticks and I always order alfredo sauce to dip my breadsticks in. My favorite part of this meal is the breadsticks and alfredo sauce. The zuppa toscana is my favorite soup on the menu. The chicken and gnocchi is also good as well as the pasta e fagioli. Those were the soups I missed the most, so those were the ones we munched on. The service was good, and the restaurant looked clean. The entrance to this Olive Garden was a bit hard to find. It is on the second level of this shopping center. Service was good, there was plenty of parking, and it satisfied my craving.

OG to go is very efficient. I know you can order online, but I haven’t tried that yet. I have called in my order twice and it has been ready when I get there. The temperature is just right and stays warm. The first time I got salad with my meal, and the second time I got soup. I think soup is the better option for take out.

Typical Olive Garden. The waitstaff was friendly enough and attentive. Nothing bad to say about this place as I enjoyed my meal. They are quick bringing your food during lunch hours.
