I just had probably the best experience I have ever had with a service provider and I thought they went so above and beyond that I would write this review. Dan, the owner, really showed to me that he gives a rip and he takes great pride in his work. When he came over to give me quotes on some projects I needed done he was honest and in some cases he even told me how to do it myself. I decided to have them out for a toilet install that did not exactly go as planned to no fault of theirs. Dan and the installer came back later in the day to diagnose and fix the problem at an incredibly reasonable price for 1.5 hrs worth of work.
They went above and beyond, they were knowledgable, they are honest and they care. You can’t ask for much more from a service provider. I highly recommend them.

Very unimpressive! Although they had been recommended to me, they started off wrong by never showing up for the first appointment. When I called back, they seemed to recognize their error (although not apologizing) by sending someone over right away. He was extremely pleasant and quick, but after he left we found that the leaking tub faucet he had «fixed» no longer had hot water (which it did before he came). We had to call back and they ended up charging us for another visit. Definitely try someone else first.
