Great pool for indoor swimming. The late hours of the pool are awesome with open lanes. The pool is clean and not heavily chlorinated… No itches afterwards. The pool has all of the amenities with a running digital speed clock. This is a great spot for a community pool and there is an awesome park surrounding the facilities that has all of the good stuff; basketball court, playground, etc. It’s also a great spot if you’re looking for a swim on-the-road. The showers are clean and good. The kids running the place are cordial and they’re cool. Big thumbs-up for a community pool/center.

Mack pool is located at the end of Hiscock St and has all sorts of programs. If you are a masters swimmer, they have both a morning group that swims from 5:45 am and a evening practice. The team is great and super friendly. I have met some of the best people in Ann Arbor(there might be a little bias in that statement) through masters swim. If you are a swimmer(either recreational or competitive) I highly recommend checking out the program. It is much better than swimming by yourself at the YMCA down the street. Check this program out!

This is a good place to learn how to swim. They have a big kiddie pool where you can take lessons with your baby or teach a young child to swim. There is also the adult swimming pool where you can learn to dive and learn different styles of swimming for the advanced crowd. I learned how to swim here and it was one of the only things I liked to do when I was young. I still remember my first swimming lessons.
