Lynn Beals-Becker, DO

Dr. Lynn is amazing. She helped my infant son, who was completely incapable of nursing or bottle feeding be able to eat. If it wasn’t for her our son would have ended up being tube fed by mainstream ‘doctors’. He had structural issues with his body/​mainly face/​mouth including a high and tipped palette and a compressed ocular nerve and eating was impossible except for using an eye dropper with a finger in his mouth to promote swallowing. Needless to say, our first visit was a ‘last minute emergency’ (well it was one of his ‘first minutes’, but you get the gist), and Dr Lynn was totally there for us. Each time he needed another adjustment (evidenced by his decline in eating ability), we were able to get in to see her asap… adjustments became farther and farther apart and, over a two month period our son’s head/​face was restored to function with no further need for adjusting. We probably were saved thousands in future orthodontic work to boot! Dr Lynn is good people and has a skill set that can provide life altering benefits of health.

I second Tasha M. Love Dr. Beals-​Becker. The receptionist however leaves much to be desired. No personal touch at all. Barely even talks to you when you come and never says a word as you are leaving. Such a downer for such a great doctor. Anyway, I was having latching/​clicking issues with my daughter breastfeeding and she was a god-​send. I also had extreme pelvic pain while pregnant that she helped tremendously with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr Beals-​Becker is great with my baby/​toddler son! She makes a point to connect with my son during the appointment and is gentle and accomodating (my son isn’t a fan of staying still) while ‘working’ on him. I am huge fan! I’m not a huge fan, however, of her receptionist, who is not at all personable. She doesn’t greet us when we enter the office or say ‘goodbye’ when we are leaving. In fact, the only words she said to me at the last appointment as I was checking out (no acknowledgement upon arrival) was the amount owed and that the doctor said we should return in 1 – 2 weeks. No pleasantries, no smiles, nada. Really though, the doctor is great and it’s a good thing we’re there to see her and not the receptionist, otherwise we’d never return :)

Dr. Beals-​Becker was strongly recommended to me by my midwife because I was worried about my chronic back/​pelvis pains from when I was in multiple accidents. I knew it was important to get my pelvis properly aligned before I went into labor because improper alignment can intensify the pain and duration of childbirth.
Dr. Beals-​Becker is a doctor of osteopathy. She is seriously amazing. I would highly suggest seeing her instead of seeing certain chiropractors because she is an expert, especially if you are pregnant. I made the mistake of seeing a chiropractor, and he made me feel worse.
I consulted Dr. Beals-​Becker in a panic and she was extremely accomodating and was willing to squeeze me in the same day! I felt so stupid for not calling her in the first place. She is able to give excellent advice and does not make you come for repeat visits if it is not necessary. I am someone who can be very weary of doctors, but I have much respect for her and her practice — that says a lot, especially since I trusted her when I was 8.5 months pregnant!
