This is absolutely the best place to stay if you need to be near or ON campus. The Inn at Michigan League has been renovated since the pics that are posted here. There is an ice machine and microwave for all to use, a computer/printer and fax services, free parking next door, vouchers for a sundry shop, Beansters café or Wendy’s, Staff is friendly and helpful and location location location is perfect. Takes about 15 mins to walk to beautiful Nichols Arboretum, 5 min walk to all sorts of restaurants and did I mention it is ON campus?

We have stayed here twice and were thrilled both times. The Manager Leslie is fantastic and very attentive to your concerns. The people who work there are very nice and accommodating. The location is fabulous and the price is lower than any other hotel walking distance to the campus. The rooms are a great size. This is a floor in a campus building so you do not get some amenities that you generally find in hotels like ice machines, bell boy or room service. But they do have computers, staff at the front desk, 24 hours coffee, tea and cold water available. They also give Vouchers to purchase snack or breakfast items at food vendors in the building. We love it there and think is a great value with terrific staff. We plan on staying there whenever we visit the campus if we are lucky enough to get a room.

We stayed here because my wife went to school here in the 80’s. As fun as it is to go for the nostalgic angle, this hotel let me down in every aspect. Don’t know where to begin, so I will leave it at this: If you want a great location but do not care about things like water pressure, concierge, bell hops, parking, food, clean ice buckets, water pressure, bed bugs, price, water pressure, price, electrical outlets to plug in your stuff, setting your own temperature in your room… you get the idea. Could be great, but whoever is responsible for the hotel operation has obviously decided not to make it so. Shame really. Never again, try the Bell Tower Hotel half a block away for an actual«Hotel» experience. Go Blue
