Horrible service.
I went in to get a haircut yesterday and the stylist was unenthusiastic and unprofessional. She kept asking me if the haircut was «good enough». The impression I got was that she absolutely did not want to be there and could not wait to be done cutting my hair.
To top it off, after repeated calls to this Great Clips this morning, the manager has failed to call me back. I’ve called twice in the last two hours and both times she has been busy. Clearly customer service is not a priority for this Great Clips.

Great Clips a good place to go if you don’t have a lot of time to get a haircut. Great Clips gets you out of there in 15 – 20 minutes. My only negative comments about Great Clips is that a lot of times there is a long wait to get a haircut. Also, sometimes they have missed spots on my head that needed to be cut.

Decent job. I went there to get a trim and they did a good job of listening to my needs. I wanted to get my side part razored in again and they did a decent job with that. However, the lady somewhat ‘eyeballed’ the part instead of using clips to hold the hair in place. It was only $ 6 for the trim so I can’t complain.

Just got a great haircut from Kelly – no wait! Not a lovely salon, but the people are friendly, fast, and it only costs $ 13.
