Generations Funeral & Cremation Services

I used Generations in March of 2015 and was delighted with the service I received. They explained the process, what was included how to obtain the services when the time arrived. The night we needed them they were contacted and showed up within an hour. We needed them at 2 am and they were there. Everything was handled professionally and respectfully.

This review for this company is long past overdue. When my mother passed away several years ago Generations was chosen to do the cremation. Before the cremation was performed I went in to Generations with my sister and aunt and we spoke with Brad in the office. We notified Brad of who we were and what we wanted, which was for my sister and I, being the daughters of the deceased to each receive a small portion of the cremains. Brad confirmed with the three of us there that he would make sure that a small amount of our Mother’s cremains would be shipped to us individually because we were both leaving the state to go back home. Well, to this day, my sister nor I have received any cremains that Brad at Generations had promised us. Therefore, I cannot and will not recommend this company because they obviously fail to meet their promises.
