Randy was truly phenomenal. He was able to come in the day of my call and do an excellent job. He was very pleasant and efficient. Furthermore he has excellent prices which are hard to beat. A competitor would have charged me $ 50 more. I had an excellent conversation with him about him growing up in Ann Arbor. He is highly recommended.

Randy with Competition Lock responded quickly to my call. After calling around for 3 other quotes, their rates were $ 50-$ 60 less then the other quotes give. Randy wa able to come out within an hour of my call. Did the job quickly and even did a few extra things for us. It is refreshing to work with a company that provides great service at a good price.

Yesterday I had to call these guys to unlock my car by washtenaw ave. It took only 40 minutes for Alex to come by and 2 minutes to open the door, sounds sweet right? Unfortunately this company will lie to you on the phone, I was told I’d be charged between 50 and 60 dollars to open the door, LIE !!! I got a $ 165 (cash) bill for a 2 min job. Never again. Don’t trust them at all. It a completely rip off, they are scam, the bill doesn’t even tell you why they are charging that crazy amount of money.
Afterwards I called up the company to get an explanation why I was lied about the charges on the phone, 24 hours still waiting a call back from the manager.
