So disappointed! I used to love coming here, but the lack of customer service has really changed my mind about this place. It took us over twenty minutes to be served and there were only a few people in line ahead of us. One of the workers answered her phone twice while we were in line and when we were finally helped no one apologized or acknowledged the excessive wait. I was given incorrect change and although it was only a few cents, that was the cherry on top to ensure I will not be back!

I walked in and there were 14 people in line. there was one maybe 16 year old at most boy working by himself and he had screwed up the cash register. He was on his cell phone talking to the manager trying to fix it via text message and giggling. everyone was super impatient and just wanted their ice cream but the boy would not serve any of us even when we offer to pay him more cash than what the ice cream was worth it. After 30 minutes I left. worst service I would never go back.

Worst Cold Stone I have ever been to. I would have had more enjoyment using my 10 dollar bill as toilet paper. Everyone on the staff was clueless and nobody seemed to know what was happening or what was included in the«recipes». Screw them… won’t be back.
