I have been going to Bikram west since January and I have already received amazing results. I am more relaxed and able to handle challenging situations that come up because of the tools I have learned from Bikram. My strength and flexibility have also significantly improved. Lora and all of the other teachers at Bikram West are so welcoming and also helpful when it comes to improving your postures. I always feel rejuvenated and happy when I leave a class!

Love this studio. I am a new student there, getting back into Bikram after a few years off and the staff have been very kind and accommodating. The teacher I have had twice since I joined is seriously great. Makes you feel so comfortable with where you are in your practice. I am so happy I joined this studio.

Amazing spot! The teacher and I think owner is amazing! She guide you through class like a gem!!! I suggest everyone try at least one class and STICK WITH IT!

Really happy Lora opened a studio on the west side. The space is beautiful and there is plenty of room to cool off after class. I’m already addicted to Bikram yoga, so I’ll just suggest you keep an open mind and give it a try.
Awesome instructors & an amazing workout!
You should plan to get there a few minutes early as they lock the front doors at the start of class.

I’ve been to a lot of different Bikram Yoga studios across the country, but this is the nicest, cleanest and best smelling of them all! The teachers are tough, but very good. This is a great addition to Ann Arbor.
