Very helpful owners here! Like an idiot, a broke an $ 1800 Chanel necklace a week after receiving it as a gift. They were the ONLY game in town who could fix it immediately while I waited(I spoke to at least 10 places), and the results were perfect. Thanks again!

Craig and Linda Warburton are two honest jewelers that really know their craft. I brought an old family engagement ring into Austin & Warburton for appraisal, repair, and re-sizing prior to proposing to my fiancé. Not only did I receive excellent service, I also received a crash course in diamonds, precious metals, jewelry insurance, etc. Best experience I have had with any jeweler.

AW is a custom jeweler, so a lot of their stuff is really unique and cool. They keep a lot of great stuff in stock and, as I understand it, also create special order pieces.(I have never done this, so I don’t know the details). This is yet another place I walk by on my way to work and peer in the windows happily. They sized my engagement ring for me last summer, although the ring was not purchased there. Now, they charged me $ 50 for it… they ain’t running no charity. I grimaced when the guy told me the price and he said, «Look, you can take it somewhere else, and maybe they’ll do it a little cheaper. But we’ll do it best.» Standard salesman schtick, I know, I know. Ultimately I was too lazy to shop around and came back to AW. But they did a great job. Ring looks gorgeous, fits securely, and I was happy to have the chance to go in and look around. the store. Last week I bought my wedding ring here, SUPER on sale – got it for less than $ 200, and since I DID buy the ring there, sizing is included in the price.(good news for for my freakishly small fingers). I’m picking it up this afternoon and can’t wait to put that thing on my finger. And then immediately take it off again until the actual wedding. When I was there last week picking it out I overheard the owner talking to another customer: the business is not going away – they’re just going 100% online, because keeping the store open is just losing them money. So check out the website and online store( ), and find out what kind of beautiful custom jewelry they can make for you . Update: while I was picking up my ring today, I flipped through their book of feedback from customers happy with their custom orders. The patrons were effusive, and the jewelry pics were gorgeous. When I have more disposable income, I’ll be looking these guys up.
