I bought my 2014 Acura MDX here last year and I cannot explain to you how many problems I have had. The location itself and staff members are friendly, yes. But every time I bring my car in for a service, something goes wrong. First brought the car in for a oil change, i asked them about my shocks and my headlights since the ride was not as smooth as I thought. My headlights were very low, they did not light up the road as well so I asked them to move the lights up a little higher. Being a bigger car, I understand that if I went too high to a certain extent then I would be high beaming others, so I made sure that I told them that I didn’t want them that high. Maybe a few centimeters higher. My keyless entry had an added automatic starter on it. The starter does not work in front of my house, but will work everywhere else 90% of the time. I asked about that as well. They did not fix it, and they did not offer to replace it. I got my car back and when I went on the road, the headlights were so high up that it didn’t even light the ground, it just looked like I was high beaming everyone, and well. I was very upset. When I spoke to them regarding the rough ride, they put my tire pressure to 40 all around and then they told me to ride in «comfort mode». Made the ride even worse. 2nd– I had my window smashed, and I got it replaced there. I paid the full price. Once I got my car back, I found out my window seal broke. So I had to bring it back once again. I ALSONOTICED that my brand new window wipers that I has professionally replaced was bent! This just threw me off. It worked right before I brought it in, but then I got my car back and it was Bent?! I’m not even talking about the replaceable wiper either, I’m talking about the whole wiper arm. And it’s on the driver side door! To all who live in Michigan should understand Michigan weather. It’s raining right now, and as my husband and I are driving home, I’m worried about our safety since my dang wiper is bent and I can’t wipe away the rain. This was the last straw. I’m never coming here ever again. I felt so played after giving them so many chances. Great staff, but I question the service crew. I really enjoy Acura, but this makes me just want to resell my car since I’ve had so many problems within the car itself. Keyless remote, starter, stiff shocks, rough ride. Everything. Done.

The service manager is not friendly. I had bought an acura late of 2012 loved it, the center console started to bubble up. I took in they expressed only party not leather and it wasnt ripped just bubbled up. Later it ripped. They claimed it happens a lot gave me an upholstry number said it would be cheaper. Wow, didnt cover warrenty, Im a pretty busy guy found time the upholstry place they gave me doesnt do cars! Wow gave me a number for someone who doesnt do cars. Next oil change can do for 220.00 fix it, the next one got quoted 700.00. It looks horrible and customer relations tried to help me out but Service manager just trys to say buy a new car and we will give 500.00 off. Wow what a joke. I was going to always be a loyal honda, acura buyer but not after dealing with Nicole, unless something changes soon.

Just awful. Own 2 Acuras. Lots of problems here. Last routine oil change, their car wash pulled loose rubber trim around the windshield. They refused to do anything about it. Sent my wife home home with a piece of rubber obstructing her driver’s view. Worst service in my 30+ years experience throughout the midwest. Switching to Farmington Hills, they’ll pick up your car in Ann Arbor.
