Steven and Meg in the leasing office are a pleasure to work with, great people, and very responsive. Our stay at 618 South main was much better than any other Apartment complex we had experience with in Ann Arbor. Highly recommend.

My review/​stars are for the management team, who are stellar. Steven and Meg are absolutely superb at what they do and have been a real pleasure to work with since becoming a resident here. They respond almost immediately to any request or question, and are never grumpy or rude about anything. I’m so happy to be living in a building that’s run by them. They are a 5⁄5 team.
I would however give the building itself a lower rating, since it was not complete when I moved in and the ensuing month has been filled with contractor visits and finding post-​construction defects and so forth, which is all normal after anything is built, but it was annoying to live through for a month. But those are just growing pains. As built, the building is what you see advertised on the website, full of all the amenities and luxuries your heart could desire.

We have hit a few bumps in the road with construction since moving into 618. However, customer service at 618 has always been top notch. They have been quick and addressed all of our issues. I was very impressed when Meg and Steven responded to our email at midnight! Communication is definitely one of 618’s strong points.

Great building! Really impressed with all of the amenities and the quality of the construction. Steven in the leasing office has been amazing: helpful, accommodating, and quick to answer all of our questions. Can’t wait to move into our new place here.
