8 – 3 UPDATE: Today went in and changed our lock to a better one that we purchased from their office. Mechele Stroud was working in the office while the manager Pam was out and we mentioned the previous incident to her. She was amazing at handling the situation.
7 – 31 UPDATE: the guy we dealt with today to sign for our second unit here was far from appropriate customer service. He got mad at the computer and threw his glasses across the room and throwing his hands up like insane and then he punched the printer and knocked a hole in the wall. He had said that today was a bad day but DAMN!!! It was just me and my disabled mom and it was threatening. He was super polite to us otherwise but YIKES his physical behaviors were scary.
When we found out there was no climate controlled units available across town Catherine the manager there called Pam the manager at this location and got us taken care of.
I was taken right away to see the unit and inspect before signing. Unit is nice 10×20 with the highest ceilings I have seen. At least 20 feet tall. Easy to find in sell separate buildings and large drives in between.
Rates are comparable to other facilities.
So far great impression.

I called this storage location earlier today, and had one of the worst phone customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The woman who answered the phone was rude from the first second, and was incredibly impatient when I was asking simple questions about what units they had available and what their rates were. She snapped at me and sarcastically went over their available units like she thought I was an idiot.
Their rates for a 10×20 non-​climate controlled space were over $ 100 a month, so even if the price hadn’t been outside of my range, I would never consider giving this place my business. Even if you’re having a bad day, never be so completely rude to customers!
