Service people were very knowledgeable and helpful. They came and accessed my well problem and quoted me a price. I agreed and authorized the work. About 10 days later I received a bill from them for a price several hundred dollars higher than the agreed upon price. I called and the woman who answered was rude and matter of fact about how much I owed. She really didn’t care that I had been quoted a different price, so I paid the bill, but I’ll never use them again. The work they did for me was good, but if they feel the need to gouge their customers on the billing then they must not be a respectable company.
