Very pleased! Carpet prices are very good! I did a lot of comparison shopping. The carpet came in quick and the install was scheduled immediately. Everything went very smoothly. Love the carpet! It was a great value and I received great customer service from the showroom to the install! I’m so happy with it! Makes the new place look great!

I ordered carpet from Angier Paint Wallpaper and Carpet and was totally in love with my patterned carpet selection. I was moving into a new home that had to have paint and carpet before I actually moved in. When I placed my order I was told it was going to be installed on that Friday. My carpet installation was delayed for 3 weeks. It was excuse after excuse. First, they didn’t have it in stock, then they had to order it from manufacturer, then the manufacturer was out of stock so they had to make it, the carpet made was defective so they had to make it again.
I talked to the owner of the business and asked if there was any type of compensation or reduction of price I could receive because he was basically preventing me from moving into my house that I was now paying a mortgage and utilities on. The conversation got personal and in the end I only got 150 $ off my price. I have never been treated with the disrespect that the owner treated me with. He belittled me as a customer and as person. They wouldn’t take responsibility for their mistakes or delayed service. I only got one apology and I really don’t believe it was to heartfelt either. The tone and attitude he had toward a paying customer was appalling.
The reason why I didn’t cancel my order was because the carpet was very well priced and for what I wanted it was extremely more expensive at other locations plus I didn’t have the time to go and find another carpet I loved, as I work out of town. However, after I did get the carpet install, it was beautiful and am very pleased with the installation.
However, with the way I was treated by the owner and the staff of Angier Paint and Carpet I would not recommend their services unless you have plenty of time and don’t mind being inconvenienced and frustrated.
