The Salon is the top notch in Salons. Always friendly, clean, and hospitable.
They are all professionals. Connie is my go-​to gal, for at least 5 years now.
I just finished another color, weave, trim, and style and feel like a million bucks. Cindy, LaRae, and Veronica all do fantastic work. And they keep the gossip and drama to a minimum. Love these girls. Thumbs up ladies!

Two and a half years in Angels Camp and I could not find a good stylist for my thin, fine, oily hair. Stumbled upon Unilocal reviews of The Salon and got an appt with LaRae. Oh My Gosh. She’s now got my biz for as long as we both are here. Super coloring job, great cut and she carefully fixed my home cut bangs. Thanks LaRae!

Undoubtedly the best salon in Angels Camp. Everyone there cares and takes pride in their work. Cindy and LaRae are both awesome; great company and great service!

I was so nervous and hesitant about trying a new salon. My former hair dresser is no longer doing business, so it was time to move on. I had waited months, and read all the review on Unilocal,and asked friends for recommendations before I decided to try The Salon. Let me tell you, I made the right choice! My appointment was with LaRae and she was wonderful! She really took her time to make sure she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. I was so happy (and relieved) with the results. She also waxed my eyebrows perfectly. Not only is LaRae a true professional, she was also very sweet and easy to talk to. I have already booked another appointment with LaRae. If you are looking for a new stylist, LaRae is your girl!

I came across this salon while in downtown Angels Camp and was very impressed. Not only was it a modern beauty, it was full of extremely wonderful people. I love the large mirrors on the walls! Beautiful! Cindy styled my hair for a wedding I was in & let me just say… wow! I have very long hair and didn’t know what I could do to stand out on this special day. but she sure did! She curled my hair and made small precise knots to bring my long hairstyle much shorter. I was blown away, I have never seen anything like it and was complimented all day and night! She is talented, patient and completely awesome!!! Another stylist in the salon, Jyll, pumped out great hair as well! Both of these ladies are talented and really what you need in your life. Sadly, I live too far away to come back every 5 weeks, but when I get the chance, I will make sure to take it! Great work ladies! Thank you!

I got my hair cut and colored by Jyll. She was really great and we had some good conversations. I love how my hair came out and I am confident I finally found the right salon and stylist for me! The fact that its not too far from where i live (Sonora) is definitely a plus. It’s great too because I can make an appointment around a mealtime and go have Sidewinders before or after my appointment (Sidewinders is right across the street).

Jyll has been doing my hair for a couple of years. Love it! I get a scalp massage that relaxes me and best of all, she has organic hair color for me. I also like the atmosphere of the place and the friendliness of everyone.

I’ve lived in AC & Cindy has done my hair for almost two years. Cindy is always professional, has an inviting shop, friendly co-​workers and very clean. In every since of the name, a top notch Salon. Best guys cut I’ve ever had!!!

Cindy is my Salon Therapist! I need some Salon Therapy right about now! Love the look of the salon, the ladies have made it a very cool, modern New York (ish) feeling type of place, all within a cute historic building in historic downtown Angels Camp!

The Salon in the small town of Angels Camp is a great find. It has all the style and chic fashion of any big-​city salon (without the big-​city price). All of the women who work there are warm and friendly and time spent there is always relaxing and fun. Cindy has been doing my hair for years and is more than a terrific hairdresser, she’s become a good friend.

Jyll did my hair for years when I lived in the area and I have never found anyone in all of Orange County to compare! The look of The Salon is absolutely gorgeous — so modern and a great atmosphere. Very friendly staff and clientel. Also have had my nails done a few times and been totally happy with the job done! Miss going there for some TLC and looking forward to visiting at my trip to Calaveras County!
