Never ever go here. Management should be terminated immediately. It all starts at the top. Meds not given, wrong meds given, meds given without orders from MD. Missed meals daily. Call buttons go unanswered.
This place truly needs to be closed and most staff relieved and reopened under new leadership.
A true healthcare/​rehab disgrace.
