Ron Carpenito, Prime Property Team – Keller Williams Realty

Closed on a house in October in Chelmsford with Ron and Jenn from the prime property team. I was impressed enough to create a Unilocal account and give Ron a well deserved review. I found this particular experience (not a first time buyer) was efficient, professional and had just the right amount of personal.
We were already in search mode when we signed with the prime property team, but the experience begins with a thorough consult (we didn’t avail of this but went through the offer strategy session which is similar in nature) which should help with clarifying/​solidifying your wants/​needs. Ron, Jenn were very responsive during the search phase, we asked (including some last minute appointments) and saw quite a few houses and then saw the one, at which point we had a team huddle and looked at some stats/​numbers (the idea here is to be better prepped than your counter party based on facts and current market trends). Bottom line, we were able to offer a lower than sticker price in a sellers market!!! I found Ron was super good during the negotiation stage, patient, thorough and most importantly persistent. He then contributed and stayed through an entire afternoons worth of inspection (yes, I like to be thorough). Bottom line he was fully involved and gave it his all through the entire process.
Also important to discuss personality, Ron is refreshingly straight forward and does not hesitate to give you the truthful response, as opposed to something you want to hear, so be prepared for this. All in all I felt he was an intimate trust worthy partner through everything, highly recommended without reservation!!!
Oh and a couple of weeks ago (well after we moved in), my heating gave out and Ron provided many references and went out of his way to contact an ex-​client who had a similar heating setup, thanks Ron!

Having known Ron for 10 years, I knew he was the best realtor north of Boston /​Merrimack Valley for my buyer clients. I was helping my clients sell their Arlington condo (I am a real estate agent and work mainly closer Boston). While I could have worked with them myself, I felt they deserved someone who not only knew their local area but that I knew is trustworthy and would make me look good for recommending them. Ron took the time to sit down with my clients and go through a consultation — making sure that he understood their goals/​needs and outlined a plan to find them the right home. Soon after they found THE home. Ron was constantly on top of things (the sellers real estate agent and seller were being less than responsive and not tech savy). He got my clients a great deal and kept moving things in the right direction — I know a lesser agent could have easily let things go downhill and the deal would have been off. He went on to endure a nearly 4+ hour home inspection with good humor (not to mention a trip to the town hall)!
Bottom line, if you are looking for a truly committed, professional, and knowledgeable real estate agent, call Ron. You’ll thank me you did.
