Really good food. Service was fast. Prices are very reasonable. Had the Pad Thai and Orange Chicken, would get both again. Great experience overall.

I am so sad we waited so long to try this place! Everything was fantastic! They bring you a complimentary appetizer called«chef’s chips». These were very light airy rice wafers of some sort with wild colors. A little salty and just plain good. They melt in your mouth. We also ordered the fried spring rolls which may very well be the best I have ever had. Also got the cream cheese won tons which were also great and very fresh and hot. I honestly don’t think I have ever had one right out of the fryer. It was like a whole new world! LOL. My 11-year old son got the Sesame chicken which I tried and found to be very good. All white meat, fried perfectly. The heat in the sauce was just right too. The breading was a little sweet, almost like a funnel cake. YUM! Being the first time here, how could I not try the namesake? It was GREAT! Great balance of sweet and a spiciness that built as you are it. I got the combo Pad Thai which included pork, chicken, beef and shrimp. The shrimp was huge, the chicken and pork were both tender. The beef was a tad dry but still very good. This place is literally 0.7 miles from my driveway so you better believe I we’ll be back!

We’ve been here often, but been a while since our last visit. The flovors are good, but both dinners were lite on the protein! My wife’s dinners only had a few shrimp and my chicken dinner equally sparse! Not sure if it was a bad night or if they have reduced their portions. Last nights din er ended up being an over priced bowl of rice Noddles.

Ordered Tom yum and I thought it was noodle but I was just soup with less viggies… Shrimp was chopped to small pieces :( Their basic fried rice was not bad but greasy. I will try phở noodle next time.

The previous business that was here before was great, I knew the woman who ran it, she was awesome. Her Chinese was incredible. Easily some of the best I’ve ever had. When I found out they were switching owners, I was disappointed, but because of my loyalty, I decided to give it a try. I was just more disappointed. I love pad tai and also Chinese. Both were very underwhelming. Not very stand out-ish to other places in the area. I’ve been there twice. They had TERRIBLE service, a crabby woman at the front desk who looked at me like I was an idiot when I said I wanted a quart of chicken pad tai. They also take FOREVER. It took them both times over 30 min for my $ 15 order. Stupid. The chicken had random bones in it– disgusting. Not ever going to go back. I’d rather have banquet chicken than whatever this poor excuse for«chicken pad tai».

First, the good: they clearly spend a bundle decorating. Polished stone tile on the walls and it was set straight and flat. Also the premises were very clean. And there were no alligators under the tables waiting to take an unwary customer’s leg. Next, the bad: the service made me feel like a second-class citizen and the food didn’t seem very Thai – everything was kind of one-note. The«thai peanut curry» was mostly peanut buttery without the complex blend of spicy, salty, sour and sweet I expect from a Thai curry. The vegetable pad thai was mostly sweet, though it was an electric yellow color, but since I can’t taste«yellow» I’m still scoring that as one note.(Also, it had trace amounts of my least-favorite vegetable, miniature corn and not much else in the vegetable line – it should probably be called«sweet yellow noodle,» but probably few people would order it then). The pepper squid was well cooked, but bland. The spring roll(billed as «fresh roll») had a lot of cilantro and onion, but didn’t really do it for us. We had to wait to get our check while about a half dozen people picked up takeout orders and my wife noticed that they all seemed to be getting sesame chicken or other Chinese entrees. Perhaps this was a coincidence, or perhaps a subtle hint from the locals. Good Thai places always seem to have a picture of the King up on the wall somewhere. I didn’t see one at Pad Thai. Another hint?

I got $ 60 worth of food to go for six in my family to eat family style. Our food was literally inedible. I took it all back and asked the lady to taste it because she didn’t believe me. It was as if someone accidentally poured an extra cup of salt in every single dish. Even she couldn’t believe how horrendous it was! I was so excited to finally have a Thai restaurant in the area but from now on I will continue making the trek to Spring Lake Park for our thai meals.

I love this place. I am here often enough that I am recognized as I walking in the door work uniform or not and that. makes me feel welcomed. The food is fast, fresh, and flavourful. Heat is made to your order. Can’t go wrong eating here.

Very happy with this gem in the neighborhood. Had a little family gathering and wanted to go ethnic. A little nervous about the hot spice but no worries they catered to our sensitive palate. Tried: Pad Thai = awesome Chicken Panang = yummy but very runny with not a lot of chicken to be found. Pad cashew shrimp = very good with lots of nuts. Beef curry peanut = spiced down perfectly but a little runny.. good for the rice lovers. Nice addition to the neighborhood. Adequately priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick service. Lookin like a winner for a 《to go》 order for sure.

First time trying the food from this restaurant tonight. Took home spring rolls, sesame chicken and a Thai curry chicken. One word: DELICIOUS. We were all impressed with how fresh everything tasted and the flavors. WOW. Even my mom, who’s got a bad stomach and passes on trying a lot of different things, went back for seconds. What a great dinner. Can’t wait to try more from the menu.

Went here because I had a card to use at this location; was thrilled to have found this little gem! It took a minute to place our order, but after that service was great. We ordered 4 appetizers and instead of bringing them all at once(there was only 2 of us) she brought them in succession so we could eat a little of each while they were fresh from the kitchen. We had the fresh spring rolls, crab wontons, fried spring rolls(probably in my top 5 best ever) and pepper calamari. All were very well prepared and expertly presented on adorable plates with little sauce holders as needed. Also ordered the Pad Thai(you have to based in the restaurant name right?!?) it was a yellowish green color which I’m not used to, but it was delicious! My spouse ordered the sweet and sour chicken, sauce was good, breading on the chicken not crispy enough for us. We also tried the spring roll salad, it was excellent with a slightly spicy dressing, yum! Had a full meal and still have 5 containers of food for leftovers. Great prices and food, will go again! Oh, and they give you these fun neon colored crunchy things while you wait.

Wow — they blew us away! Excellent service, flavorful food, and the friendliest staff imaginable! Luckily we live only a mile away, but if you need to drive far to get here, it’ll be worth it. Yummmm!

Had the Thai Curry Peanut, medium spicy. It had a GREAT burn. Not overpowering, but built as the meal went along. Really well done. My buddy had the Phở for a little Vietnamese twist. Again, absolutely crazy good. The staff is also top notch. Very friendly, happy to explain the food and even chat about their favorite restaurants. Awesome place for people who like to try different foods!

I’m so happy a Thai place opened in this area. I would probably normally give a very good solid 3 stars for the good I’ve had so far, but the service we had was so friendly and this is by far the best Thai food I’ve found in the Andover/Coon Rapids/Anoka area which bumps it up to a 4 for me. I can’t speak to whether the Pad Thai is authentic., if that’s what you’re looking for, but it is very tasty and in my opinion great balance of flavors. the noodles are tender but still have a good bite to them(not soggy), and they have been pretty spot on with the level of spice you order. the rice noodle salad was just fine, nothing to complain about but not stand out either. my husband and daughter both really loved the sweet and sour chicken. it was big fresh pieces of white meat chicken with a yummy sweet sauce. we’ve been there once for dine in and once for take out, and will go back when we don’t want to drive to Minneapolis.

Best pad thai I’ve had in or around the cities so far. When ordering they ask how spicy you want it and I went with hot. Somewhat expecting the girl to go into the kitchen and ignore my request as so many places seem to do when you order something hot or ‘Thai hot’. Not this time, it came out perfect … right on the cusp of needing a towel to wipe the sweat, but never getting there. The food was steaming hot when it was brought out as well. A nice change from the lukewarm pre-prepped dishes you get in so many other places. The egg rolls and crab rangoons where good as appetizer. Nothing spectacular but noticeably fresh and crispy. The service was super friendly also. I’m guessing it’s a family ran place since the lady that I am guessing owns the place referred to the rest of the staff by name. The only ‘negative’ is the place itself, it seems kind of industrial and your voice carries making it impossible to have a conversation that isn’t heard throughout the place. We almost missed the place the first time we went there since it is the only business who’s name sign is not lit up at night. I commute from the cities to Cambridge and this will likely replace Noodles & Co. as a quick stop to bring home dinner when I’m running late.

Food was good, but the fact that my husband found a staple in his food, and none of the tails had been removed from my shrimp gave us a kind of bad taste in our mouths. It was just pretty annoying for the price we paid.

This place just opened a week ago, but it shows serious promise. When my friend asked me to try the new Thai place in Andover, I internally scoffed. Not the neighborhood for any short of international cuisine. However, I soon ate my words. The meal started with a tofu soup which was a nice palate cleanser for the meal. I ordered the spring rolls which were light and crispy and just a tad spicy. The chili dipping sauce was a combo of sweet and spicy. The drunken noodles were great. I asked for spicy and it truly had some heat. It wasn’t melt your face off spicy, just a «that’s buildin’ fast!» spicy. The bourbon really rounded it out nicely. HERE’S the reason this place is a five. Cheesy. Curry. Noodles. Hear me out! The menu description does NOT do it justice. Seriously, it’s like breakfast noodles or Thai Mac and cheese. The chef, Vincent, made us a side dish to try because he wanted to see if we wanted to keep it on the menu. He invented the dish to feed his kids who grew up in the US and a love of cheese. Just. Do. It.
