North Solar Screen

Fantastic product, fantastic customer service, fantastic company!
My husband and I are trying to cut down on energy costs and keep our home cooler without jacking up the AC this year. Aside from that I was so tired of the old icky cellular shades we had hanging in his office. His office faces west, overlooking our backyard, and gets direct sun.
I was on the search for solar shades. Something I had admired in other friends homes, but had no personal experience with. I stumbled upon North Solar Screen, and am so glad I did! I filled out their online form, asking for a few free samples of their products.
Wow, was I surprised when the president of the company, Debby Miller, contacted me herself! She sent an email explaining that if my main concern was keeping heat out of the house, I might have chosen samples that might not be as effective as other products her company carried. So she included some of those in the package she was sending. Amazing customer service! (side note: a woman president of a company? YES!)
The samples arrived and we looked them over and took a few days to decide upon what would best suit our needs and taste.
When I called to order the blinds, again, I was impressed by the level of service I received by the salesperson who took my call. She walked me through the process and explained everything along the way.
The blinds arrived, and my husband said they were easy to install. Actually he said he was impressed by the mountings (he’s an engineer, so he knows about that stuff).
All I know is that they look fantastic, and his office seems cooler in just the few short days we have had them.
So impressed by everything about this company!
Now I’m thinking about getting some for our front porch…

Great company with awesome customer service! They walk you through the process step by step so you feel comfortable that you are getting the most out of what you need. This is very important since they have so many shades to choose from. They don’t try to oversell you. Their products are made in the U.S. so you know you are getting fine quality material that will last a very long time. Their prices are excellent when I compared to other companies. I highly recommend if you are looking for solar shades.

This company is tops to work with. Their customer service is phenomenal. Not only do they know which materials work best but they help you measure. I would have ordered totally wrong had they not given me so much attention. The quality of their products is superb. You’re in good hands with them. Thumbs up big time!
