Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Melissa is an Amazing cook and baker! I walked 2 miles every day I was in Andover to eat her delicious breakfast! The service is Fantastic too. The muffins are out of this world! The Sausage was oh so very savory! Eggs perfectly poached! I will be using the Little Red Hen to entice my boyfriend to come to Maine with me.

This was one of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve ever had… everything is homemade, from the English muffins right down to the ketchup… yes, the KETCHUP is homemade. If you ever find yourself in middle of nowhere Maine, this place will hook you up!!!

Went for a midweek brunch. I ordered the chicken salad wrap, which was good, and waffle fries, which could have been delicious and surprisingly spicy,

Who knew such great food would be waiting in this small town? I stopped in while hiking on the Appalachian Trail. For breakfast I had the hungry hiker special. The bacon was perfectly cooked, as we’re the eggs. All of the bread was made from scratch, including what was used for the French toast. The French toast could have been better but wasn’t bad by any means. I stopped in again for dinner and got a mushroom and Swiss burger with waffle fries. The fries were excellent and the homemade ketchup was tasty. The burger tasted a bit plain but that’s probably because it didn’t come with anything else on it(ie lettuce, tomato, etc). The dessert was the highlight of the day. In the morning I got a raspberry muffin and after dinner I got a slice of the freshly baked raspberry pie with ice cream. Both were amazing! As both a diner and bakery this place really shines best as a bakery.
