I love this place! Been here 3x and have had really good service. I just received an iPhone 6 for my birthday, needless to say data migrations can test your patience and take time. Even though this took a couple of hours, Katrina was awesome! I absolutely enjoyed her kind and easygoing manner. I will go back because of the personalized service and approach she took. Katrina during the migration of the data, was so nice and easy to talk to.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! Every employee knows what it takes to get you the right plan, phone, accessory, or information that you need. I will not go to any other verizon store! I drive 45 min to go see Tatyana, Sandro, Sam, Scott or anybody else they have at the desk! This is THE place to go if you have questions about your plan or phone. These people know what they are doing! I don’t ask a basketball player for Soccer shoes and won’t ask these guys about how to choose a pear. I will always ask these people what phone or plan is good for me… and I know that they believe in what they tell me is the best for me. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER VERIZON STORE! These guys are the best!

Love this place – very helpful and hands on with every customer.
They are generally pretty busy – but they constantly reassure each waiting customer so they don’t feel ignored.
