I’ve worked with Tom a number of times, and he never fails to book us fabulous vacations. He put together an amazing itinerary for our honeymoon in France last June and we just got back from a great week in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. He always comes through for us, even when we call last minute. I will continue to call Tom whenever I want to go on a wonderful vacation.

I called to book 2 first class tickets to Barcelona and the guy who picked up the phone was extremely rude and before I can give him the flights I needed to be on he said «sorry, I don’t think I can help you get a ticket.» The only reason why I needed to go on the given flights numbers is because I needed to meet up with friends to go on a cruise there. If the agent couldn’t even issue me a ticket, I don’t think he is smart enough to even make a dinner reservation. I’ve have also been in the office and its so messy and dirty that I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Thought it would of been nice to give my business to a local travel agent. But I guess local isn’t always the best. :(
