Best climbing gym near Greenville. It’s 30−40min away, has tall walls, and almost all the routes were new when I went. Route difficulty: very easy (~5.5) to hard (~5.11b) and a little bit of bouldering. Fun people. I’m a fan!

This gym is great for kids and birthday parties.
Unfortunately, I am not a kid and it’s not my birthday.
I climb regularly and this gym has nothing to offer me. The routes never change and the movements are boring and don’t flow well. The younger staff members are very nice and knowledgeable, but once when I visited a man (staff) was belaying one of the girls on the team and he kept agtagonizing her by whipping the rope and letting her slip, even though she pleaded for him to stop. I have not observed this method of «motivating» young climbers before and it doesn’t seem to be very effective. Anyway, it stopped me from asking the nice man if he would belay me too.
After 5 or 6 visits to this gym over the course of 4 months, I won’t be back.
