The other reviews basically say what I’m going to say. This is a no nonsense, no-frills cafeteria style restaurant. Among the best value and quality for a meat and three in town. Great home cookin’ just like grandma used to make! For just under $ 8 you get a meat and three vegetables, your choice of bread and desert(choices are limited but that’s everywhere and I’m not taking anything away for that) and a drink. This place gets extremely busy on Sundays with the after church crowd. If you are extremely hungry, don’t like long lines, or get«hangry,» don’t go on a Sunday. Otherwise, the service is very attentive on the cafeteria line and there is beverage(non-alcoholic, of course)/wait service, which, again, is more limited on Sundays. The reason I’m only giving this place four stars is as follows: I have been here several times. Each time, I have seen priority given to takeout orders, but most annoying of all are the people who pretend they’re getting a takeout order, and/or get takeout orders for others, while on the line. This holds up the line and is extremely frustrating. Nothing worse than the line not moving for ten minutes because some inconsiderate person is getting umpteen takeout boxes. My advice would be to serve the takeout orders from elsewhere, i. e, the kitchen, and of course they can go right to the register. That way, they don’t have to stand in line. Also, a few dirty looks(as I myself and others did) to the in house takeout box diners would be appropriate. It was extremely frustrating(several times) to watch people cheat the system… and this has been going on for years. Other than that, I would have given it 5-stars. Seating is mostly plentiful but sometimes there are table campers, and this needs to be enforced. This isn’t a restaurant, it’s a cafeteria, just as the name indicates. It’s not a place to socialize and gossip after you eat, there are plenty of other places in town for that. It is equally frustrating waiting for a seat and standing there with your tray in hand like a motherless child while table campers catch up on the latest talk of the town while helping themselves to excessive amounts of iced tea. This would not happen in my establishment. While there courtesy is to be praised, I and several others agree with me.

Standard buffet line meat &3. The food was good. Lightly seasoned and good sized portions. The staff was pleasant and efficient. The furniture has definitely seen better days but the place is clean, so it kind of adds to a pleasant atmosphere.

This cafeteria is in the the famous Pizza Way which is next to The Nutty sweet Shop. The food is fantastic and the service is great also.
