I’ve been a customer at Ferry’s Pharmacy for over 18 years. Recently one of my medications jumped significantly in price, as so many are these days. The pharmacist at Ferry’s worked with my physician to help me find a more economical option for my health care needs. I’ve always valued Ferry’s being competitive on prices. I know I’m getting the best price on my prescriptions because I keep track. But beyond the good prices, I must say it is reassuring to have a pharmacy so willing to work hand in hand with my physician while looking out for both my health and the health of my pocketbook. Thank you!

I was thoroughly happy with Ferry’s Pharmacy when I first started using them. I have had them fill a prescription regularly for insulin for my cat’s diabetes. Like most people, I don’t have insurance for my pet, so that can be rather pricey, and in this economy, like a lot of people, we have been hit hard and so I jumped at the chance when I saw that another pharmacy was offering a $ 50 gift card to switch, plus the fact that they would price-match your current pharmacy. Well, that’s where the problem came in. Ferry’s caught on to the fact that I was switching to another pharmacy since the new one had to call for the price and then Ferry’s decided to be dishonest and bump up the amount that they supposedly charge for the insulin from $ 120(this was what I was quoted earlier in the week) to $ 135! They tried to totally pass this off as a «recent price increase» which was total BS because the increase was already just made because I’d called in and found out about it the week before. I guess they thought they’d give me a zinger since I switched. But actually, it was very rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Makes you wonder what else they lie about. So now it lost them a customer, because I would’ve been right back for my next refill, not to mention for any other prescription medicines. AND, I have a big mouth and will complain to whomever will listen.
