We stopped at this Bojangles on the way to Greenville for the day. This Bojangles was convient because it’s right of exit but, the drive thru was extremely slow and it would have been faster to just go inside to get our food. Once we finally got our food the fries we cold and it looked like we got the bottom of the fry bag because all the fries were small and barely eatable. The chicken tenders also tasted like they were old and been sittung under a heating lamp. If we had to wait as long as we did in the drive thru then I expect my food to at least be fresh and hot. There are several places to eat on this exit so skip this Bojangles and go somewhere else. I was disappointed because usually Bojangles is always good.

This Bojangles is fairly run of the mill. They did not give me extra seasoning on my fries as requested. I wasn’t very impressed by the service given or the temperature of my food.

Nasty, ordered a chicken breast that unfortunately had a piece of organ meat attached.

Terrible service. We came in and they had no food ready except a few chicken fingers that looked like they’d been sitting in there for an hour or more. We were the only ones there and it took 5 mins for anyone to come out front to take our order. Also, after ordering, the employee in the back on drive thru made negative comments about having to make more food. Very disappointing.

Slow slow slow. This location seems to suffer the same fate as other places who’s workers don’t care. It seems short staffed and the ones who are here don’t want to be.

I’m a huge fan of Bojangles, but this location has a bit of work to do. Sure the staff is friendly, but extremely slow and would benefit from better planning and organizational skills. Fortunately, the food tastes like standard Bo-Time food, so we can’t complain too much. Meanwhile, waiting 10 minutes to place an order inside(when there’s only one person ahead of you), not having any chicken tenders at lunch time and having to wait 10 minutes for new ones to come up and being out of fries is inexcusable, even if a large order was called in for pickup. Fortunately, these are things that can be improved on with better management skills. Otherwise, this is a newer, clean Bojangles that provides a similar atmosphere to other nearby stores.

Came here for breakfast on Friday morning, the service was quite fast & friendly. The food, famous biscuits were dry and hard, the chicken was cold. Had to bring it back. That was their last chance with me. Go if you want

This is one of TWO Corporate owned Bojangles in Anderson — it is terrible vs. the old franchise owned one that closed in April of 2014 a few miles away also on Clemson Blvd. The look of this fancy new restaurant does not take away the fact the the food sizes are pathetic vs. the site that closed. I order a Big Breakfast and got two of the smallest pieces of bacon and a tiny scoup of eggs. At the old site I would get 5 – 6 large pieces of bacon and the entire front of the foam box would be filled with eggs. Also the on the chicken biscuits — there is NO option for the Southern Biscuit — only Spicy. This site is pathetic and needs to improved like the old site was — the old site was not pretty but the service and portions were much better. I do not recommend going for a good value for your money.
