Baymont Inn & Suites

So this is my third time staying here in the past two years since the halfway mark between California and Washington and I’ve never had an issue until this morning. Let’s start with last night. Julia or Julie I can’t remember but she was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We weren’t able to make it in to the hotel til around 4am and she checked up in early to avoid the no show fee. And told us we could check out at 1pm. Now fast forward to this morning. We woke up at 945 to catch the tail end of breakfast and got attitude from the young dark haired staff member (no nametag) so we went back to our room to get a few more hours of sleep only to be called at 1130 telling us we need to check out at noon… I tried explaining our situation and she replied with «checkout is at noon»
But I do like this hotel other than that rude staff member. They are dog friendly.

One of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beyond gross… dirty floors, carpet stained, cigarette burn holes in bedding. The list goes on and on. DONT STAY HERE!!!

THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE! In order to get the issues across I’m going to simplify my experience in bullet points to assure you all read it. –Door that’s supposed to be «Key access only» from parking lot can just be pushed open. — BOTH of my keys suddenly stopped working on my room door, I was locked out with my toddler inside napping. –My DOOR HANDLE CAME OFF on the inside. — I got LOCKED IN MY ROOM due to door handle. –Phone wasn’t working when I tried calling the desk numerous times. –The manager argued over the issue with me, which I can’t understand, my door handle came off… is this something that happens often? Then she told me she would discount the room to $ 99 per night and credit me what I paid on priceline ($ 160 per night) but went off the amount Priceline gives them ($ 120 per night) and only authorized a discount of $ 50! I am 7 months pregnant and was traveling with my husband and 1 ½ year old to go to a friends wedding. It turned into a nightmare by the end of our trip because of this hotel and the managers lack of proper customer service and hospitality. I highly recommend you don’t waste your time or money on this place.

First I just want to say that the staff was great! And the beds were clean. Beyond that the hotel was awful!!! The tile floors were never swept or mopped the whole time we were there! 4 days. (booked on price line and we were there for a family emergency. So couldn’t leave) Even in the breakfast area! The carpets were stained, bath tubs dirty! The pool was so cloudy you could barely see the bottom and it needed to be vacuumed. The out door sitting are had old dirty stained tables and chairs! Also a lot of sketchy people coming and going!!! Over all it is just a dirty, dirty place. This is my first review ever!!! Just could not let this go!

The moment we walked in, we noticed the indoor pool, cool! We went to our room, didnt look much around, just changed and went straight to the pool. We enjoyed our swim, besides the really hot temperature inside the room its self. When we got back to the room we noticed, this place is actually really disgusting! We wish we had read more reviews before booking the room. The minute we walked down the hall way, it reaked of marijuana and air deodorizer. When we entered our room we thought, «okay we can handle this» until we turned on one of the lamps. IT WAS INFESTED WITH BUGS! (Posted pictures). Figured, «okay, stay away from that lamp and keep all belongings away from it». then came time to hit the sheets… we opened up bed to check for any bugs, luckily none BUT saw all kinds of stains, ranging from yellow ones, red ones, black ones… i was so disgusted, I could not sleep all night. My family will never be back and my recommendation would be to STAY FAR AWAY. Im so embarrassed I even slept here.

Pet friendly hotel is the only positive about the place. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes too. Everything in this hotel smells, and there are tweakers everywhere Definitely glad it’s not a long stay! I do like fact that the outlets are right across the street, but that is it.
