Most definitely the best pizza in town! They have the crispy, thin crust and it has that New York taste. I will be ordering from the again! Oh, did I mention their fried chicken is on point, sorry Lucky Wish Bone, but Muldoon’s Pizzas is better.

Great neighborhood pizza place. We have been coming here for years. The food is always well prepared and delicious. The staff huddle to serve everyone. When we came in all tables and booths were full put the wait was short. The prices are very reasonable and it is family friendly.

Great pizza. Crispy crust, cheesy cheesy cheesy toppings and they have a simple variety of toppings you can get with your pizza. I enjoyed every bite of my pizza. Great price for the pizza too! about $ 15 – 18 for a large pizza to feed 4 people and they don’t charge extra for delivery/​pickup. Friendly service… would recommend and buy again and again!

I ordered a thin crust but what I ended up with was a pan style. I also ordered half and half but it seemed like 1⁄6 veggies and 5⁄6 meat. I am a vegetarian and am now totally disappointed.

If you enjoy waiting an hour and a half for your pizza to get to your house (which for us happens to be 3.8 miles away from the pizza place) then this most certainly is the place for you.
Also if you enjoy rude people answering the phone it’s a good chance you’ll get what you’re looking for here as well. We’ve ordered from here 4 times now, three times we’ve had rude people answer the phone and their delivery is ALWAYS slow.
The pizza is okay, but not worth what we deal with. We won’t be ordering from here again.

We learned of Muldoon Pizza through a friend a few years ago and it’s been our «go to» pizza place ever since. We normally call in an order and pick it up ourselves so do not have much «delivery service» experience to share with you. We also make a point to pop in for sit down meal. Staff is efficient and thoughtful, always welcoming if you are there for a pickup or sit-​down.
My husband and I are accustomed to Chicago (please don’t assume deep dish) pizza, we like Muldoon’s not too sweet red pizza sauce and haven’t met a meat topping there we didn’t like.
The place itself is older but always clean, I can do clean and old but never dirty no matter its age. Reminds us of the Shakey’s Pizza of the 70’s and 80’s.

We’ve always placed our order for delivery except one time we dined in. Whether we are in or at home, the customer service is great! Order taking is very quick and accurate. We’ve never had an order incorrect! The prices make my wallet smile considering the quantity and our food is always pipping hot when it arrives at our door! This is my go to Pizza joint!

The pizza is greatly good and extra cheesy! They will accommodate and substitute non-​dairy cheese if you bring your own in.
The place is run down and old, but fairly kid friendly. Reminds me of the pizza parlors from childhood.
The blond waitress is wonderful and funny! Been there forever, girl next door type. But the new gal! Ugh! Worst waitress ever!

Until recently, this was our default pizza place for delivery. Lately though, the quality has dropped off. Delivery times have gotten longer (almost 2 hrs one time) and the toppings don’t match the order. I’ve never had an issue with dine-​in pizza. The place looks dated but the service is good and they don’t mess it up.
Dine-​in but avoid the sketchy delivery.

We have eaten here twice and ordered out a few times.
They actually have 18″ pizzas not those crummy mediums other places try to pass of as a large.
Pizza tastes good but our only complaint (and its the same complaint all the time) is that there just never seems to be enough sauce on the pizza. It’s okay but always a tad dry.
Service has been friendly and swift when we have dined in. Price is about what you’d expect to pay.

I was excited about this place when I came in, because it reminded me of the old school pizza joints in Florida I grew up with — booths, napkin dispensers, old school menu that was pretty much just pizza, breadsticks, a token salad, and not much else. Cool.
The waitress took a few minutes to take our order, but I figured no big deal.
And then we waited. And waited. And waited. For 55 minutes. With my antsy, hungry toddler. We had ordered a single pizza. The restaurant was not full. When I finally tracked down our waitress to ask what was going on (she had disappeared), the pizza guy on the line said that he was just making our pizza right then. I told him not to bother. We walked out and got crappy but dependable pizza from Sicily’s across the street. It was NOT what I wanted to eat that evening, but I just couldn’t spend any more time waiting for the folks at Muldoon Pizza to get their acts together.

I think this is some of the best pizza in Anchorage and for sure the best on this side of town. My pizza’s have always had a great amount of toppings, a ton of delicious cheese, and home-​made crust. They have really reasonably priced pitchers and wine, but a slim selection.
Delivery is free and the timing is reasonable, about 30ish minutes, with the exception of around 7pm when it’s more like and hour, maybe more.
I’m not a person who really cares about atmosphere, but for those who do: It was probably nice in the 70’s… gold wallpaper and all, but now it’s kinda funny. It’s casual.
OH! once they lost my order when I called for pick-​up, so they upped the order to a large from a medium and threw in a beer. That’s awesome.

We had no idea what to have for dinner after doing some shopping yesterday afternoon. My sweetheart turned into this little strip mall Ive never been to before & takes me into this pizza place on the corner & my first reaction is WOW! Very retro, nothing fancy & it has a very comfortable atmosphere and feel to it. The menu is simple with a couple of pasta dishes, a salad or 2 and pizza. We had the house pizza. It had canadian bacon, pepperoni, olives & onions. It was SO good. It was no fancy Moosestooth/​Beartstooth pizza but it was still so delicious I cant wait to go back or even order takeout from there. Pitchers of beer are only $ 9.75, glasses of wine are $ 2.50 and $ 2.75, not a huge beer list or wine list. Very simple, great prices & great customer service. My boyfriend told me it is one of the oldest restaurants in the Muldoon area. I am curious to know exactly how old this establishment is etc. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

Muldoon Pizza is old school pizza at its best. Even the restaurant itself brings you back to the days when your parents took you out to Shakey’s for pizza, sodas and video games. Picture Shakey’s minus the arcades… Muldoon Pizza is very good, INEXPENSIVE and has consistently friendly service.
