Chili’s Grill & Bar

My daughter and I went to meet up with some friends last night which is the only reason why we went because I was not impressed with the reviews and now, I can see why. I had the steak and while the steak and broccoli was satisfactory, the mashed potatoes looked and tasted like glue with cheese on top. Just awful. I also thought the drink prices were a bit pricey. Last but not least, we asked for separate checks and when we got the bills, he had mixed up the meals, putting some of my friends meals on mine etc… he came back with revised bills and still had charged me for a game. I didn’t quibble but again, I will NOT be going to Chili’s again.

This is the BEST Chili’s I’ve ever been too! The service was quick. The food is amazing. The prices are great, given the location! I will definitely be coming back!

Went here for dinner, wife had bacon ranch quesadilla, wow it is good, fresh guacamole with the best chips in the state. I had the baby backs with chipotle sauce and it was very good a little small though. Food was perfect and service was very good.

The food is fairly good not great heavily over spiced. The enchiladas are more like big toquitos hard on the outside should be soft. The food looked like something you’d make at home and then throw in the microwave. Slightly better then just average nothing great.

Chili’s is an excellent restaurant. I had the Smothered Chicken Burrito and a strawberry lemonade.
It was good, though a tad on the dry side (a bit of sour cream fixed it nicely).
The service was very good.
Rating — 3 stars for the corp menu, +1 for clean and nice environment, +1 for good service.

Food’s not as good as the old Chili’s, but not too shabby! Wait staff was very nice.

My wife and I go out each week & eat somewhere different every time. Now I’m not the one to complain because I understand the works of working restaurant.
But, I had such a bad and disgusting experience with this company, others should know.
I received a gift card from a girlfriend of mine & thought well this could be our weekly date. It all started with us standing at the door for 15 mins waiting on someone to show us to our table; mind you I called 30 mins before to check if they had open tables which they did, 5 of them & the whole bar was open. Not only did 4 of the waitresses walk past us, but two couples who walked in after us got seated before we did. So when it finally came down to us getting our table our waitress gave us attitude and said «well you guys should have called before hand and made sure we weren’t busy».
The table itself was never washed or even wiped down nor was the baby seat my TEN MONTH OLD baby had to use. It appeared to be mash potatoes with hair in it. I asked our «waitress» nicely if she would mind whipping them down for us & she basically said that wasn’t her job. Not only was I just pissed off I should have known I would have this experience considering the one on Abbott closed down years before. Anyway we order our food, which to my suprise only took 20 mins. I ordered a 16 ounce steak (med rare) normal mash potatoes, my wife ordered the pork tacos & we ordered our son some cheese quesadillas. I got my plate and of course my steak was so over cooked it was hard to chew and they put bacon and cheese and chives on my potatoes, asked them kindly to remake it and they did, the second time they did ok with the steak still not med rare BUT they put so much «garlic butter» on the top that it over powered my food, who puts a table spoon of garlic butter on steak & not on the plain chunky potatoes. Long story short, my son’s kids meal was warm watered down chocolate milk and what looked to be 2 CORN CHIPS WITH CHEESE IN THE MIDDLE. So my baby had to eat only his mash potatoes.
Our waitress told us she was not able to take off the kids meal but she could take off ONE OF the steaks plates that she brought us, they wouldn’t even fix the nasty plate they brought me the 2^nd time around. Normally you leave with either a empty plate or you take the food home. We left with about 5 bites taken outta everything minus the potatoes. I was actually so disgusted and still hungry that I went over to BURGER KING, HAHAHA which was the absolute best $ 5 I EVER SPENT.
If you want nasty food, a dirty eviorment & shitty service go here. no wonder why they closed down the one on Abbott.

What. Happened. To. Chilis.
I mean it was never a great experience in the past, but the food was at least decent. Now, its akin to applebees on a bad day.
My mom & I went in recently, our waitress was so pregnant she was REALLY inconvenienced to have to walk to our table a few times.
My food was cold and the lettuce, that I had ordered to not be on it, was wilted and slimy. My mothers food was dry and halfway through we discovered that both of our plates were filthy.
Tried sending the food back but it was far too complicated and we had, had enough stress that day. I dont recommend. Its disappointing.

The place is horrible the waiter we had was very rude all of our plates were wrong and the manager that came to our table” bill” smelled like alcohol the owners need to frequent there own establishment.

Food is gross and cold! I didn’t receive my margarita until I was almost done eating and food is way over priced! It wasn’t busy at all and everything took awhile! I’m a server/​bartender I would’ve never let my table leave that unhappy! I’m never going back!

I went to Chili’s for the first time at the new Dimond mall in Anchorage Alaska last week. After parusing the delicious items on the menu I finally thought that I had made the perfect choice, it was a taco dish, it was pictured is a completely assembled taco and the description stated the tacos were toped with a cilantro slaw which sounded different & delicious. When my tacos arrived they were not assembled as pictured and I had to build them myself. The cilantro slaw that I expected to be on top of my taco was a small pile of shredded cabbage with no cilantro or no kind of dressing. I tried to ask the waitress where the cilantro was in the slaw and she just looked at me puzzled and asked if I wanted some cilantro added to the pile of shredded cabbage. I ended up feeling foolish and apologizing because I thought I may have read the menue description wrong. On the way out I checked the menue and it clearly stated that the tacos were topped with a cilantro slaw. The picture and a description sounded delicious however the cook at that location has aparently taken some liberties on presentation & preparation And I assume this is not the product Chili’s intended to serve as the description is completely different than what I was served.

First time here (generally avoid the national chains) — we had the steak and the pork fajitas, and teamed it up with a King Street hef and King Street stout, along with rice and beans.
Our server Mark was great– very attentive, yet subtle and easy. Perfect combination

Had late lunch early dinner and tables remained dirty and food all over the floor. The staff just walked all over food and would not sweep or clean. Service was good but overall experience was not good when you have look at 7 dirty tables and a filthy floor and try and eat your food. No management or leadership walking around to check on customers experience. Just a bunch of very young men and woman without a leader.

The seating is nice, with new tables and chairs. The interior is very modern, with classic wood accents.
Lots of modern lighting completes the décor.
The prices are normal for Anchorage, and the food portions are big enough to satisfy the Alaskan over eater in all of us!
Great experience, and great food!

Horrible. Absolutely Horrible. Can you believe I had to send back a platinum Margarita?! They said the sour mix was bad and made another for me which was just slightly better but barely drinkable. I’m thinking not a good start but let’s keep rolling.
So the food… fresh guacamole is a joke… huge platter of chips and a small paltry cup of guacamole and not so good salsa.
I ordered the beef enchiladas. See picture. I can’t comment on the taste as I would not eat them. They looked as if they were thrown onto the plate and the entire plate was splattered with enchilada sauce. When I looked closely there was a clear watery liquid under all the food. Just looking at it ruined my appetite. At this point I just asked for the bill, they did remove the enchiladas. Our waitress was nice although somewhat embarrassed by everything. I Mean this is a brand new restaurant and I felt like it was ready for one of those «Secret Diner» cable TV shows
I wish I had read the other reviews before coming here. Las Margaritas Restaurant is a quarter mile away, prices are similar but food is fresh and properly plated and the margaritas are some of the best you will find anywhere.

No wait time, excellent service!, delicious food, mouth watering menu, fresh produce, buns weren’t soggy on my sliders, great drink options, not too loud, nice atmosphere, very clean, fair prices. I’m not kidding when I say how great our server was, best we have EVER had.

So disappointing. Chilis was very good but now it’s just blah.
What happened?
Their prices are too high for the food they serve.
When there are other, better restaurants to choose from, why would you go here? I won’t be going back

My office has ordered togo from Chili’s a couple of times and each time there are issues with the order. This is the first time I’ve actually written a review. I didn’t think to open each container in the togo bag, but I should have. The waitress giving me my order assured me it was all there. Low and behold one complete meal was missing and half of another meal. When I called back to tell them the person that answered pretty much told me that I was lying. The manager got on the phone and said he would make it right. Now the inconvenience of going back to pick up the two things missing still lingers.
Also, when you get soup, they are inconsistent in how they serve it to go. This time they actually put the soup toppings in a separate container, but other times they added them to the soup and they were soggy by the time we ate, Also when getting the chips and salsa to go the amount give is inconsistent. This time around we received half the amount of chips we did the other times.
The food that was ordered and received was good, but the service was very bad. I also had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the togo order. And when I called in they said it would be 15 minutes. It took well over 30 minutes from the time I ordered to get what I thought was my full order.
Disappointed to say the least…

My food was okay and service was decent. But my wife ordered the sirloin cooked medium. It arrived well done and the garlic bread was burnt to a crisp on one side and not fully cooked on the other. Also, her «steamed» vegetables weren’t steamed at all and she said it tasted like plastic. She won’t go back but I might.

The bartender made my pomegranate pineapple margarita poorly with nothing but ice, one star! We shall see how there food is, for now I am not satisfied!
