I just hung up the phone with ACS’s manager Isaac. That was the worst example of customer service I have ever had. As their representative he just threw away many thousands of dollars of advertising, internet, phone line, & future products. As well as, the negative customer testimonial concerning my experience with this business. It is very disappointing that this company does not have a better representative and better business to business practices.

First and foremost let it be known that I am a Blackberry person more than and apple or htc person. I am simple, and againt your typical 20 year old I am sure, I dont use my apps on a constant basis. Given this info, I walked into this store with the impression that I was going to look specifically at the Blackberries(sp? haha). When I walked in and told them that my iPhone screen cracked and I was looking into getting a Blackberry, the two women behind the desk nearly had a heart attack. It wasnt any sooner that they started questioning me why I wanted a Blackberry and tried to tell me about how they never sell them and how horrible they were, essentially. I mean if you dont sell them a lot thats whatever but dont go dissing my phone of choice. I was literally trying to keep myself from feeling offended! Just because it doesnt work for you doesnt mean it wont work for me. She told me a story about how a guy came in with a broken Blackberry and she begged him to get another phone because she couldnt fix it. I was thinking to myself«Really? Its not my fault that you dont know how to fix a certain kind of phone. It is your job to be knowledgable about your products and their repair if you insist on having them on your show floor.» I walked out shortly after we went through all the other phones EXCEPT for the ones I orginally went in to look at. The girls had a nice attitude and the store was clean, etc. But when I go in there and walk out feeling like my preference of phone got bashed is rather bothersome. Im sure they do a wonderful job at setting up plans and other services, but selling phones is not their cup of tea. They need to be more thoughtful of the customers needs as opposed to wasting their time with a selection of phones I have no interest in.
