Returned an item and the woman shortage me some cash. I paid cash so it was just a matter of giving me the money back. However she only gave me what she thought I guess or didn’t give me the tax back? I didn’t want to complain but it bugged me because she was too careless. I mean if it was more I probably would’ve but she still shortage me

This was the first time I’ve ever walked into a store like this (CVS, Rite Aid, etc) and was greeted and helped by every person I encountered. The staff was extremely helpful and everyone seriously made an effort. Major props to those working on a Sunday afternoon 5÷1÷16 you guys kick butt!

Worst pharmacy ever I moved so this Walgreens is closer to my home. The service is bad. People not knowing what they are doing and taking forever to get your medicine even when I use express refill they never have enough people working in the pharmacy. The store it self thats another story. Last week I was shopping there and this guy put a 3 pack of beer down his pants. When I told the clerk all she said is awwww god will get him and then he walked out. So she must promote stealing really.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! & it’s from the department no other than the pharmacy. I expect so much more from them, out of all people who work there. They have no care for anybody and never have your prescriptions ready. You could be waiting for medication in which your life depended on and they will tell you it won’t be ready for another couple days like its nothing. I just can’t with them anymore!

So this is always my one stop place for everything since I live a block away. The store staff is always friendly specially. Sandra.(I think is her name) she’s always happy and gives great service.
However, yesterday I went to the pharmacy section for the first time, and I must say it was one of the worst services I encountered. I was trying to get my prescription filled and I was interrupted before I finished explaining myself. Overall, I felt cutoff as a customer, not to mention I was also in pain. This really changes my outlook on this store, I really enjoyed shopping here. But pharmacy department, never again! CVS wins on this matter.

This walgreen deserve no more than one star, the assistant manager here today at this walgreen 8÷31÷14 she said verbally can put a limit to things because she is the store manager. the things she limited so that you will not get your register points. The ads said mixed and match p &G for $ 20 spend we will get 5000 points, but they won’t let me buy $ 20 worth which is 6 panatene (s) because. The manager deserve the right to limit people. they said I can only buy 4 bottles and I have to buy something else to mix or lose my chance to get point.
The real store manager doesn’t come back until tuesday. So i called there corporate office… maybe I’ll complaint to the state too… don’t do that to people… you add didn’t say it was limited so at least let people buy what your advertised

I love this Walgreens because they always stock the newest beauty products, all of the clerks are so nice too. Today they were short handed and the checker was running from one end to the other trying to keep up, but he was so friendly and kind he always still went out of his way to help!

I was having issues with my grandmothers insurance company for the past 2 weeks. The pharmacist was very informative and assisted us in the entire process. I always had a bad impression of this walgreens for some reason but until recently I had a change of heart. Thanks.

«uhhh you need help?», asks the photo center clerk after I had been waiting at the booth for 10 minutes. Nobody was at the photo department so a cashier announced it. Alas, 15 mins later an employee asked, «uhhh you need help?». No shit mr. Walgreens Shirlock.
To make things worst is my pictures hasn’t been printed. He started printing them out when I had arrived.
Incompetent.

If you come here for your prescriptions, use both lines in the drive thru. You are their number 1 priority in the drive thru. Both lanes are open, yet most people still do not use the the outer lane.
