Top Tile Center

I am surprised that this is the first Unilocal review for this business. Top Tile Center gets an A+ from me. Here’s why:
One afternoon I wandered into more than 15 tile centers along State College Blvd. A water leak had trashed our laminate and I was in the market for porcelain tile that resembled wood. Anyhow, I received many samples and advice from each salesperson I spoke to. Edson, the top guy here, didn’t have a sample of the tile I was interested in… but the price he offered couldn’t be ignored. He offered installation that was priced right too. I was interested in hearing more.
The man who came out to measure our home (can’t recall his name) clearly knew what he was talking about. The quote I got back for installation was as good as the price for the material. I signed up.
As it turned out, the tile I wanted was not in-​stock and would not clear the port in a timely manner. I canceled my order. I, rightfully, received all of my money back. No guilt. No pressure to change to a different tile. However, I still used the installers with the tile I wound up buying elsewhere.
The guys who arrived to perform the installation, Ronnie & George, showed up on time. They were polite. Professional. Fluent in English. All around great! The work they performed was done on-​schedule… and boy does it look great. Really a fantastic job.
Top Tile Center is not the largest or flashiest business around… but I STRONGLY suggest you check it out if you are in the market for new floors. Edson was honest — even though it cost him a sale. His installers backed up everything we agreed on. In the end, I couldn’t have been more pleased. I only write Unilocal reviews for businesses that are outstanding — or terrible. Top Tile Center was outstanding.
