The food and service were really good. The only thing they really need to work on is keeping the place clean. Unfortunately this is the only reason I wouldn’t go back. The floor was very dirty, there was even half of an egg roll on the floor next to me besides other trash that it was impossible for the employees to miss. And the cup where my water was served was dirty as well, not cool at all.

Ordered the shrimp phó to go and to begin they only give you 5 small pieces of shrimp. they package them seperately so that you can throw your own ingredients in. I would’ve been fine with the lack of shrimp, however when I went to throw my noodles in I found a small black hair. I didn’t want to spoil my meal so I threw away the section with hair. 20 mins into my meal I found another long, thin, black hair wash up on the side of the styrofoam cup they’re packaged in. this is just unacceptable. I can safely say I won’t be returning.

I come here often since it is close from my work. They are very fast with the services and their food is not too bad.

I have been here a couple of times and I think it’s great. It’s the or phở place I know around Lincoln Ave and it’s probably the only one I need. I always get a bowl or rice meal. The BBQ is delicious. I wish they were open 24⁄7.

One time I order cheese cake to take home. Once we got home we tried it and it was super salty, then my husband tipped it over and it was completely covered with mold. We haven’t gone back.

I’ve been there twice and am planning to go there again and I definitely recommend it. Although they don’t give you much of the side veg for the phở, their phở is good and the price is very cheap. I’d have to pay two extra dollars down by where I live. So here’s the pro and cons Pro: +tastes pretty good +good price +very fast(less than 3 minutes last time) +ok service +not too salty Cons: –the environment is not too nice, as with other phở places –maybe some inconsistency? Others seem to say service is bad –very little side veg

Came here last night to fulfill a phở craving. My girlfriend and I walked in at 10pm(they close at 10:30). We asked if we could dine in, they said yes as long as we closed out our check by 1030, which was fine with us. We ordered a small and large phở with steak and flank and an order of spring rolls. Everything came out pretty quick, which is how phở should be. The spring rolls were fine, but the broth for the phở was very bland. Normally I could enjoy the broth without any sauce, but this soup tasted like water. The only plus for me was that the large phở babe a very generous portion of noodles. The main negative for us was the waitress. They told us that we just had to close our check by 1030, but at 1010, she asks us to pay. We had literally just begun to dig into our food, when she drops off our bill. I asked if it was 1030 already, she said no, but she’s like us to pay now so she didn’t have to wait til 1030. Who wants to stop eating right when they started, take out their wallet, and pay a bill? Even the one other take next to us received the same treatment and seemed annoyed. She hovered 2 – 3 get away until we laid or cash down. After that, it was difficult to enjoy our food because we felt rushed. On top of that, they never refilled our water. If you’re gonna advertise that you’re open until 1030, then be open until 1030.

The streak was grilled to perfection, I couldn’t get enough. The phở was very good. The interior is a bit dated and the entire building could use a remodel, however the deliciousness of the food made up for it. The service was good. It speaks volumes that this is a Phở place that fills up with Vietnamese people so its gotta be good.

Friendly staff, great menu, and even better prices! I recommend the beef ball phở. It’s especially delicious on cold and rainy days. It’s comforting like chicken noodle soup!

The one star is for service. Been a regular here long time. Food is good. Better elsewhere, but conveniently located. It was just a matter of time before their customer service, lack there of… not purposeful lying but certainly convenient for the way they think. When they say something like it’s coming now. that in this case was 22mins. The food was not started until I got there, almost 15mins later; on phone stated 5−10mins. When I paid upon arrival, cashier helped someone else(3 parties) before checking on order, that’s coming now; as did her peer employee. I said I want my money back, she said ‘no“ It takes time! Was her retort, Omg

This rating is based on my last experience here. I unfortunately will never be back due to witnessing a man in the back peeling an onion over a trash can, which he then dropped in the trash, picked it out and continued peeling it. SODISTURBING and SOUNSANITARY. Never again…

Went here last week ordered phở here it was really very good. Though service was not that good but its ok as food was well prepared, decent and fresh. Overall this is a wonderful place to eat if you are not in a hurry. If you are then try somewhere else. If you are looking for a meal that has been handmade for you stay a while and enjoy. I will try some shakes on my next visit.

This is my go to with my family when we are in need of Phở. I love this place and the House Special Phở is my usual. I got surprised that they use real taro when making their boba, it’s a good thing, but I like it a little sweeter. YUMMZ

Dinner was ok. Well done beef phó was a little too cold for my taste. I was bummed that my Thai tea had whip cream on top wish they had told me before they put it on top. They do have friendly people working. At least when I was there

This place is convenient to where I live. But that’s about the only redeeming quality. Food is mediocre, not fresh, but will suffice. Service… now that’s TERRIBLE! I’ve been here several times before where it’s been busy on a cold night and everyone wants phở. Employees argue with each other under stress, and take it out on customers. The final straw was today. I’m a frequent customer, and Vietnamese, so I’m fairly memorable. I walk up to grab lunch around 3pm. I can see people eating inside. Before I can get to the door, employee pops his head out the door and says«we’re closed» and quickly shuts the door on me. I glance at the sign, and apparently they’re closed between 3pm and 5pm. The guy is still just beyond the glass doors holding it shut as if I was going to force my way in. Having a late night ahead, I asked him, in Vietnamese(hoping to win brownie points) if I could just have an iced coffee to go, and that I’m a frequent customer. He cracked to door slightly and said«I know, we closed» and again quickly pulled the door shut. If you can’t make me a quick coffee that’s already pre-made and all you have to do is add ice, you don’t deserve my business. I come from a service background, and this attitude thoroughly upset me. I WILLNOTRETURNHERE, ANDNEITHERSHOULDYOU!
