Great drinks and everyone is friendly! Cool atmosphere and glad there is a good coffee place nearby Disney!

The employees here are super friendly and the coffee is good. This appears to be a very modern well-​appointed coffee shop. A good spot to sit down with your laptop and do some work.

Great customer service. Coffee and pastries, are-.-always good and fresh. I’ll come back to this chain.

This is one of two CBTLs in my area, and the employees are always super nice. (Start parking rant) I’d come here more often, but there’s never any parking, what with it being next to hotels and with major construction in the area. Also, the four stalls that are marked for CBTL are always taken up and the 15 minute parking is always coned off for the valet. (Parking rant over). My favorite is the vanilla latte (hot), or I’ll get an espresso ice blended with an add shot (because I’m pretty much in love with caffeine). Like most cafes it’s a nice place to hang out and read, it’s hardly ever busy as well, and the friendly staff really make a difference. I’m terrible with names, but the blonde girl with glasses is always really nice, as well as the taller girl with brown hair. And this was from a while back, but I think her name was Sina? She was also very nice as well ^-^

Coffee is good just like all the other Coffee Beans. Great location right next to the Anaheim convention Center great option from the hotel coffee. Some of the staff could be friendlier; The young gal at the front counter was rude however all the other staff was very friendly.

I love Coffee Bean but this location is horrible… it is a pain to get into the parking lot… and even worse to get out… it is better to come to this one if you are walking… came in this morning… for Valentine’s buy one get one free after noon… we ordered at 11:57 am… A good cashier would have offered to ting us up after just a few… considering no one was in line waiting to order. Coffee bean is great… I just don’t prefer this location.

The coffee is always good and the people are always nice. I come here all the time because it is so much better than starbucks. The only bad thing is that sometimes it is hard to find parking because they are doing construction next door. Love this place!

This CBTL is just a block away from Disneyland near the Katella and Harbor Blvd. intersection. There are a few tables and chairs indoors and a small patio facing Katella Ave. CBTL staff here are friendly and prompt.

I would rate this place with 5 stars but I give this place 3 stars all because of the customer service I received from DAVID S. I came in here and he was so rude and his personality seemed so off as if he’s having a bad day or something. (Didn’t have to take it out on us!) Don’t come to work if you’re having an off day ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE ALOT OF TOURIST TRAVELING OUT OF TOWN!
& if you’re trying to up sale a drink don’t be so pushy about it and get mad if the customer doesn’t want the offer! My gosh!
As far as the coffee goes it’s delicious!

I absolutely love the environment and the employees were so friendly! They actually brought our drinks to our table, so convenient! Way better seating than Starbucks! My new favorite place to study! I will definitely be coming back!

Had some time to spare so I stopped by this place as it was on the way. It is tucked away behind the cvs pharmacy.
The service was so-​so, despite it wasn’t crowded at all. This place doesn’t take the Pay by app so I had to dig out my card to pay.

Great cup of coffee before a crazy day at Disney. Just one small mishap, no sugar-​free hazelnut syrup, only vanilla! :(but I’m surviving!

Loved this little coffee shop right by my hotel — I’m a Starbucks kinda girl, but I’m always open to trying new places!
I went to CBTL a few times, so I got the luxury of trying quite a few of their items. For drinks, I tried the blended cookies & cream coffee with extra coffee (extreme style) and it was AMAZING. Not too sweet, and definitely packed a punch with it’s caffeine content. I also tried another blended coffee, extreme style, but the french vanilla flavor instead. While very good, you could definitely taste the coffee a lot more.
As for pastries and food items, we tried quite a bit.
— Quinoa and zucchini muffin: amazing. doesn’t even taste healthy!
— Chocolate chip twist: pretty good, but I made the mistake of declining it to be warmed. Don’t make that same mistake.
— Kale & Egg bfast sandwich: good, but weird. a good weird. but, we found out that it has preservatives in it and this place boasts about how healthy they are, so…
— Banana nut muffins: you literally can’t go wrong with them. ever.
— Old fashion donuts: mmm so good
I definitely wish that WA had more CBTLs because they’re a pretty tough contender to the Bux!

This CBTL location certainly got the job done while we were visiting Disneyland.
Service was efficient and friendly for the most part, with the exception of one morning. Drinks came out perfectly. Their Chai w/​Almond Coconut Milk and no sugar added is perfect for a cold morning!
I don’t like how some of their tea drinks come with no milk when ordered iced.

Had some time to kill so found this great place tucked away behind a pharmacy on the street.
Sat and had a hot tea latte with Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Tea. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Friendly staff. The environment was pleasant and easy to use as a quick office away from home. They also have a great assortment of pastries and drinks including Thai tea. Was a great coffee shop experience. Will be back when I’m back in this area

This has pretty much ruined my whole day at the Disney Parks! I sure wish this establishment would not serve drinks with old milk!

this looks like it should be on the corner but it’s pushed far back. If you’re coming from Harbor it looks like it might even be in the hotel… keep walking down Katella and you’ll find that their patio butts up to the hotel’s patio. It’s warm morning considering it’s supposed to be the dead of winter. Blended mocha and chai were the togo items. Friendly service and they’re decently fast. I think the Disney crowd sometimes wanders in too so there may or may not be a timing for that

I came here with my dad due to how close they were to our hotel and the decent reviews and Coffee Bean was exactly what I was expecting.
It’s a clean well-​lit establishment with employees with big smiles on their faces. We were greeted as we walked in and stood in the short line that was handled quickly.
I order a soy mocha and it was great. Their chocolate is pretty tasty and it was a good temperature.
We both grabbed a pastry to eat on the go and were on our way.
This is a nice little spot that makes a great alterative to Starbucks.
I’m a fan.

Must. Have. Coffee. Bean. Any time I’m south of the Grapevine I spend my whole time looking for Coffee Beans. This one was just as satisfying as the rest. It seemed really new so all things considered it was well run and the staff was kind!

I had the Large Quad Toffee Latte! It was to die for.

I like this place. It is almost new with a excellent location and some tables outsides. Of course this is not the best day to be outside hehe. All people working
here are really kind and there is enough place to take sit.

Service was good, they brought our warm muffins to the table. My hubby and i got the toffee nut latte, it was yummy. It was very clean and staff was friendly, we will Definitely be back.

This is a beautiful location but they are still working out the kinks. We were in town for a Disney vacation and met our friends here each morning before heading to the Parks. Every day without fail they would either forget our friends order or mess up the order. One morning my friends bagel was severely burned and they delivered it to the table like it was no big deal.
Hopefully the staff will become more experienced and be able to deliver better service with time.
