I have been a patient of Dr. Tang for a while now and I can honestly say he comes highly recommended. He has helped me stay healthy and I want to thank him for that. The doctor is excellent! He’s caring, well informed and overall easy to deal with. He makes sure that you have what you need before he sends you back to your business.
Office layout is typical, nothing out of the ordinary.
BUT, I do have to agree with the previous review. The office staff could use some coaching in handling patients and give some care when dealing with records. There is a certain level of disregard the moment I walked into the office, as if I burdened the staff. They are not proactive in guiding you through their admittance protocols, you have to ask for their assistance. You could possibly sit their the entire time without having any service called to you.
The star rating is for the doctor and not for the staff. I would recommend him to be your practitioner and family doctor. I feel the star rating should reflect his practice and not the lack of practice from his employees.
