Stein Mart

Attention Golfers! I had no idea this place had so much golf attire. Great golf clothes for half the price of most pro shops. Name brand including Callaway, Titleist, and more. Even have good deals on recycled ProV1x Golf balls. 5 stars if they had more in my size (small). Recommended for any golfer.

I love the clothes in this store. And until today loved the customer service. I spend a lot of money in there. But I guess I won’t be anymore. One of my pet peeves is the this line starts here sign. No one pays attention. After waiting 15 min in this line (and you should know there was no one else anywhere in line) two women walked up to the middle and the young man took them. When I tried to mention to another young woman what had happened and suggest they just move the sign to the middle, I was treated horribly! The punk that never even turned around to see if someone was actually standing in line yelled across the way that he took the next people and we were NOT next. We were. Even another customer shopping chimed in and said these ladies were in line way before. Now it may seem trivial. This has happened probably 10 times in the past few months. Then to be yelled at by some punk is unforgivable. Sorry Steinmart. I will tell all of my friends who I convinced to give you a try to not shop there anymore.

The store is nice. But the MAJOR problem this store has is when checking out. Usually there is only one register open. There have to be set least 10+ people in line for them to call more cashiers. I have been so fed up at times I put all my potential purchases back. They need to address this problem ASAP!

Arriving late on a Sunday, Stein Mart looks open. However sign says grand opening on Oct 24, 2013. This store replaces Toys R Us.
