This is by far the worst Starbucks on the Disney properties!!! Long lines didn’t help that they decided to close 2 cashier lines out of their only 4!!! We waited 30 mins to have the cast member roll her eyes at us when we suggested they open the other 2 lines!!! I’ll get my Starbucks fill in downtown or on main street!!!

This is located in the main street of California Adventure. It is pretty packed, but of course EVERYONE wants Starbucks when they’re at one of these amusement parks. The line wait was pretty much like waiting for a ride, so give yourself extra time. The only pro I enjoyed was that you can use your annual passport to receive a discount plus you can also use the Starbucks app to still earn gold stars. The discount is worth it since they hiked up the prices. Overall, the place is okay. There is a lot of seating for you to relax, enjoy your drink, and rest your feet before taking on California Adventure. Adventure is out there!

Horrible customer service! Employee Lexi rolls her eyes at customers and speaks to us condescendingly! Disney inappropriate! Will avoid their business.

If I could only give this Starbucks no stars at all, I would! Worst customer service ever! This Starbucks location in the park does not represent being the«Happiest Place On Earth». Employees do not smile and they talk very rude to customers. An employee named Rose Ann and Sarah are by far the worse! Rose Ann was talking to customers like they were stupid and making really rude remarks, while Sarah laughs with her. Rose Ann rolls her eyes and apparently thinks she can boss customers around and talk to customers without respect. There were other customers standing next to me saying«if she hates her job so much, why don’t she quit?!». Rose Ann was showing her frustrations towards customers and it was very unprofessional. If she had nothing nice to say she can do that on her break with her friends but never ever should it be in front of a customer. I have never had a problem with a Disney cast member and Starbucks employee till now. My family and I are annual pass holders and we pay lots of money each month for our passes and we as customers of Disneyland and Starbucks are very disappointed to know that there are employees that work for them who treat their customers so rude and disrespectful. We go to Disneyland and Starbucks to expect amazing service. I work in customer service and I always speak to my customers with respect and very professional no matter what the case is, but for Rose Ann she thinks she can just speak rude to customers and get away with it! Very unacceptable! I would rather go to the Starbucks that’s located at the Downtown Disney location, they are much nicer and respectful. I called customer service and even went to guest relations at the California Adventures location to make a complaint. Hopefully they speak to their employees about being more courteous, respectful and polite. I love Disneyland but to know there are employees who work there who are disrespectful to their customers and who looks like they hate their job is very disappointing, isn’t it suppose to be the«Happiest Place On Earth»?! Not the grumpiest place on earth?! This review is for the Starbucks inside Disneyland’s California Adventure.

Worst Disney and Worst Starbucks customer service I’ve experienced. Cast member rolled eyes at people ordering, took long to even get a cast members attention, poor attitude. This would have made Walt anything but proud. Way to represent Disney poorly.

It was only 7:30 in the morning and the baristas were already overwhelmed with the amount of orders. Ordering didn’t take long, but getting my drinks did. People that ordered after I did were getting their drinks before me, because apparently if you happen to be friends with the baristas, you get yours first. With the amount of people just standing around behind the counter, you’d think they could get orders out in a timely manner. But I guess it pays to stand around and try and look busy. I understand that it’s a busier store because of the location, but forgetting to put vanilla in my vanilla latte is unacceptable added on to the excessive wait!

If this is the correct Starbucks that’s located OUTSIDE of the Disneyland parks, right outfit near the shops and tram then my review goes to this location. I actually believe this Starbucks is calmer, faster, and more delicious then any Starbucks I’ve been too considering its at the most busiest location in California.(And I’ve been to a lot) This is probably because this location is actually a Starbucks Reserve which is basically a higher end Starbucks. This Starbucks is HUGE. I love the displays they have and they have a coffee taster/bar. Love coming here before we go into Disneyland to have my favorite drink while walking into my favorite place! Customer service is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and I love the professionalism with their uniforms!

I popped into this Starbucks three times while at California Adventure last week. Wait times on my three visits varied from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. I know, I’m crazy, right? If I had realized I’d be waiting 30 minutes for coffee, I would have skipped it altogether but once I waited 15 minutes I felt trapped into waiting to get my Iced Caramel Machiatto. There was a mistake with one order which they quickly fixed but otherwise everything was exactly as requested. We had both hot, cold, breakfast, and treat items at this location. They also sell he Disney Parks Exclusive Starbucks mugs and cold beverage containers here — I was totally sucked into buying 1 but quite disappointed that they do not give you a free beverage in your purchased mug/container here like they do at Starbucks stores outside of the Disney Theme Park. I mean, $ 20 for a mug — I think you can throw in the beverage. On the brighter side, Starbucks prices in here are the same as outside the park for your beverages. Overall, I’d say hit this place then the lines are low or first thing in the AM or late at night — not in the middle of the day when you could get on a ride for the same wait times. P. S. — They do offer Disney themed treats here like cupcakes and cookies.

Do not expect Disney quality service here! Not only do they rush you for your order, they then proceed to get it wrong! And when you mention that it’s supposed to be iced not hot you get a death glare! I get that it is a busy location but come on! A little smile goes a long way!

Didn’t know they had a Starbucks in California Adventure until i met my friends there. It is kinda hidden on the right when you first enter into the park it’s connected with Clarabella’s Ice Cream, this is huge lots of tables to sit i could imagine it being filled up on busy hot days. Great place for pass holders to hang and rest.

Looooooooong lines all the friggin time, seriously, can’t people live without overpriced coffee? the last time we waited here, I waited in a seat, because my friends wanted to wait in line for… wait for it… 25 minutes! for a bagel geezzzz, oh yes I timed it, the only good thing is that they take your annual pass for discount.

Biggest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Good coffee and great customer service. They let me pay in multiple transaction(so I could get more points) and even reminded me about my annual pass to get a discount. You cannot redeem your rewards here(i.e. free refills, etc), but you can still get points for your purchases. I Starbucks.

Kind of hidden in California adventure. But if there’s a Starbucks around, this girl is going to sniff it out. It’s a super huge Starbucks and the lines are reminiscent of what you would see for a ride. They give you a discount if you have an annual pass though. The cups are cobranded Starbucks and Disney.

Worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Not up to Starbucks standard. Coffee has been watered down. Returned it twice and got a pour over still watered down.

The Starbucks at both Disney sides are good because the customers with annual passes get a discount. The one outside at the Disney Walk doesn’t give the discount. If playing the game with stars, going to Starbucks outside of Disney you can still get the free drink after getting 12 stars.

Line isn’t as bad as it looks. The prices are decent for being a Starbucks inside of Disneyland. Make sure you use your AP Holder discount! PS Michelle is rude as hell. Everyone is cool.

I call this Starbucks simply the«Baller Starbucks» because it’s new, well run and massive. There’s a greeter who helps navigate you to the next available register to place your order. There’s a large outdoor patio with plenty of shaded seating by a large central tree. The interior ceiling is vaulted and there’s lots of visual stimuli to entertain you while you wait for your beverage. There’s even a large touch-screen monitor that small children can play around with while their parents order or enjoy their coffee or teas. If you want that rare, premium clover coffee, there’s also a separate counter to order those apart from the main queue. From my understanding, this is one of the few, possibly just the second in any Disney property, that is an ACTUAL franchise of Starbucks,(meaning, operated by them and not Disney or contractors). Because of its location in Downtown Disney, it’s also been«imagineered» to fit the landscape with a very earthy scheme. The sources of the coffee beans are highlighted on a large billboard-sized informational display above the coffee pick-up section. There queues can get long, not surprisingly. Though the crowd would be expected to be international, there’s also a lot of «locals» who come here(or Downtown Disney in general). While waiting in line, I tend to observe and get to thinking: I actually don’t know for sure if many people outside the United States know that Disneyland is in Orange County(specifically the city of Anaheim), and not in Los Angeles… so when I see the artwork on the wall hearkening back to a more rural Orange County or Anaheim(and not LA), I can’t help but think if it comes as a revelation to some first-time visitors to the region and if those who may have thought they were in LA have a certain mental dissonance. Regardless, you can get either Orange County or Los Angeles mugs to take back home with you.

I was so happy to find a Starbucks at Disneyland, the line situation is a bit confusing but once you figure it out the line moves quickly. They even had people walking around with hand held registers also taking orders. I actually got our drinks faster here than I would in my neighborhood Starbucks.

I admit I’m a coffewhore. so I was so happy to find out they where opening up a Starbucks in Disney California Adventure. however I am always disappointed by the wait. even thou they have at least 5 – 7 people working, we always have to wait 10 – 30 minutes to actually get a cup of Joe. The staff is friendly, I can’t complain about the service or the drinks. it’s just the wait that is so frustrating. luckily your already in a good mood just being at DCA so what’s a few minutes to sit and enjoy your coffee. Side note* don’t go back with empty Starbucks water cup wanting seconds, it’s their policy to give you a new fresh cup.

This Starbucks is legitly located in California Adventure, hence the appropriately deemed address. Drinks here are inevitably more expensive than your community Starbucks, but what else can you expect. At least your drink comes in a cool branded cup( ). Service is decent, and the lines are long but go fairly quickly. Also, they’re awesome for brewing blonde roast in mid-afternoon(3:59PM to be exact, and I had to wait for them to brew a new batch). Grande Veranda blend blonde roast came to $ 2.79 with tax(since it’s a sit-down place), making it $ 3.01 for a piping hot cup of joe. I needed a serious pick-me-up midday in the amusement park, and I got it. Amusement revived.
